“I travel for work and this by far is one of the best hotel/ motels I’ve stayed in especially for the price. I was initially hesitant but glad I did it. No frills but very clean, safe and staff is very friendly. I will definitely stay here again!”

“I always try to stay at Best Western properties when on personal travel. This property is a shining example of why.I had friends coming to town, so we both booked here; it never occurred to us that we should have asked for rooms on the same floor, so when I arrived way early, I thought I'd ask at the desk, even though it was a holiday weekend and they were quite busy.Enter Desiree at the front desk. Not only did she find us rooms close together, but she also upgraded me, and let us all check in a bit early so we could go off and enjoy some quality time together without worrying about our bags in the car.The hotel was reasonably priced, clean, parking was great even on a busy holiday weekend, the staff was absolutely lovely, and the breakfast was amazing and kept full and fresh through a big crowd. Oh, and breakfast availability was an extra hour later so no one had to stagger down before they were ready.I would definitely highly recommend this property and will stay here whenever I have the opportunity.”

“We love staying here every time we visit Angel of the Winds Arena for a concert. Fantastic rooms, excellent amenities, & friendly staff. We'd like to recognize Susan from housekeeping! She made our whole stay worth it! She was super friendly & very helpful. We'll be back to visit for our next concert! Susan was a rockstar! We can't wait to see her next time! We can't say enough good things about her!”

“Staff was very friendly. Good location close to a lot of retail stores. Room was fine, nothing extraordinary. Free breakfast is included and was below expectations, not nearly as good as competing brands like Holiday Inn Express.”

“While the location turns some people off because it's on "Aurora", this hotel is quite safe and not at all like some of the "local" hotels on Aurora which give the entire street a bad name. It's only about 7 minute off the I-5, so very easy for travel to downtown. There's also ample bus service on Aurora for those without a car. The staff is all very helpful, and the rooms are decent size and clean. Being away from the I-5 and sitting back from Aurora means it's not a noisy place either. Their "Grab n Go" breakfast is actually quite varied, and even includes some fresh fruit. Best of all, it'sa lot less money than the fancy hotels downtown.”

“So I've seen all the reviews and this is what I experienced. We my daughter and I spending 2 days in Seattle decided on here to stay, because the central location and price. It is located adjacent to a restaurant that when entering the lobby gave off a distinct smell of cooked food. I thought was staff cooking there dinner. The lobby was clean looking and there was someone at the front desk checking in guest before and after me. Went to the room my daughter because we do travel a bit and she's a little paranoid always looks on the mattresses for bed bugs under the bed for monsters etc. Lol! No bugs but did find flower petals? Intersting. Also all the walking we did I needed ice for a bad ankle. So knowing most hotels have plastic bags in there ice buckets searched for and found our bucket with melted ice in it. I went to front desk asked for bag and told them what we found. They apologized. The night went well it was quiet and the air conditioning worked lovely. Mattresses was as comfortable as home. When we Checked out the new front desk person I mentioned to them what I said to the night clerk. She did get a message about it from night clerk. Apologize d and said under staffed which I totally believed. Maybe when staffing back to normal it will be 5 star rating. Would stay agin.”

“Rooms: The rooms were spacious and quiet. The only draw back I had to any part of the room was the fact there wasn't anywhere you could hang your clothing in the bathroom so you don't have to get changed in the room or right outside the bathroom.Food & drinks: It's pretty close to the Alderwood Mall, so there are lots of different food places to enjoy.”

“We've done two stints at their Lynnwood location and have found it to be quite refreshing. We've had amazing encounters with several of the housekeeping & front desk staff. Joan is personable & kind. The manager, Kendall, is very nice unless you allow stupidity to take over the not so common "common sense." There are affordable weekly rates with great amenities. It's worth checking out on your way through or while tending to business or pleasure.Rooms: Has stoves in room. They also have basic utensils available for use. Pans, strainer, dining ware, cups, plates, bowls, etc.Nearby activities: Alderwood Mall in walking distance. Several strip malls a short walk away as well as restaurants, Costco, and Fred Meyer's.Safety: Magnetic key pass for all entries & rooms. Camera surveillance to keep guests safe.”
