“We have Been with EBM for a number of years, in the beginning it was about price. But now it is about both price and service. they have been more then responsive to any service call or toner request. We have 5 large Canon and a number of smaller Canon printers in both the office and 6 fishing vessels. I Do not see us leaving.”

“I recently had some items printed here for an event. I noticed 2 hours before they closed (and the night before my event) that I had a typo on one of my posters. I called them right away and the associate was so friendly and understanding. She got approval to reprint it for me immediately and got it done for me that night. It was totally my mistake but they went above and beyond for me! This level of customer service is rare and I’m so grateful.”
