So far my experience at Orange Theory has been positive and surprisingly fun. I typically do not like to exercise unless I’m dancing. But the feeling you get from the class is so great and makes you want to come back again and again. It has been shockingly fun for me and I found myself scheduling a class because I didn’t want to go more than five days without taking one. Like I’m thinking I will need to upgrade my membership. ?? And this is from someone who REFUSES to go to the gym!! Thanks Orange Theory!

I switched to Orange Theory from 24 Hour Fitness and couldn't be happier. The coaching and staff are phenomenal. I've gotten great results from their program. You should try it!

This is the only location of the OTF chain I've had issues with, with two female coaches being very rude and making inappropriate comments.

Good vibes in this group workout, and the difficulty is naturally balanced for any body or fitness level! I like seeing my stats from the heart rate monitor in the Orangetheory app.

I started with Orange Theory about 6 weeks ago and am hooked! After a longtime hiatus from CrossFit, I’m getting the things I missed from CF as well as finding things I enjoy a lot more—I love the community aspect of it, the accountability, and the coaching, but with more of a cardio focus (over heavy lifting). It’s the best of all worlds for me and I’m so glad I joined!

From the owners, to the staff behind the desk and coaches leading the classes, they have done a fantastic job creating a community to help you on your health journey.So thankful to have found this place! I am overdue writing a review as I joined about 6 months ago. I have to say from the moment I signed up for a membership, this place has felt like home and I always feel welcome and encouraged here. The coaches are so kind and encouraging. I enjoy every single coach at OTF Bothell. I find OTF has really helped me not just physically but mentally as well. Even on my hardest days, I still feel motivated to come in. I have never once stuck consistently with a workout routine like I have with OTF. I love the high intensity workouts… this gives me the challenge I’m looking for in a workout.

If you're interested in trying Orangtheory Fitness, but need support to keep you going, then look no further, this is the place for you! There's no studio like this in the Bothell area. Ashley, Christi, and the rest of the Orangetheory Bothell Team are world class and will help you reach your goals. Plus they host great workshops as a value add for their members. Give OTF Bothell a try. You won't be disappointed. 10/10.

I have been going to otf Bothell for the last 5 years and I can say that the results have been dramatic.The first 2 years I lost 50 lbs with exercise here and a somewhat healthy diet.Since my weight loss I’ve shifted my focus to heavier weights and have dramatically changed my physique and my life.Thank you otf Bothell for changing my life and giving me a whole new group of friends and family!
