I switched to Orange Theory from 24 Hour Fitness and couldn't be happier. The coaching and staff are phenomenal. I've gotten great results from their program. You should try it!

Good vibes in this group workout, and the difficulty is naturally balanced for any body or fitness level! I like seeing my stats from the heart rate monitor in the Orangetheory app.
