“I am currently living in one of the new built pacific home ridge homes. Starting off with the sales team they were not pushy gladly helped me with any questions ( even after moving in). The superintendent was extremely nice as we went through the home answering and fixing up all the concerns we had. After a couple months moving in notice an issue, contacted and turned in a warranty request, they were quick to respond and someone came by to take a look. As for our home... after moving in after several months I have notice little imperfections squeaking floors and little dips on the flooring as well that I didn't notice moving in but then again the home is still settling nothing worrisome....for now. Will update sometime next year.”
