Many companies print and don't tell you if something is off before printing, it feels a lot like they don't care about how a product looks for a company or how their end product looks. Messed up printing looks bad on all of us ! This has happened to me more than once because there are variables with uploaded on different sites. My banner needed a little tweaking and I gladly paid them a tiny fee to adjust to what I wanted. I didn't have to, they just let me know and I could fix it myself or pay them.
