“Shive was quick, kind, responsive and so professional. FINALLY a company with QUALITY CONTROL! Many companies print and don't tell you if something is off before printing, it feels a lot like they don't care about how a product looks for a company or how their end product looks. Messed up printing looks bad on all of us ! This has happened to me more than once because there are variables with uploaded on different sites. My banner needed a little tweaking and I gladly paid them a tiny fee to adjust to what I wanted. I didn't have to, they just let me know and I could fix it myself or pay them. “I love this place. Super fast. And the people are 9 times out of 10 helpful. Only once did I have an employee force me to use the kiosk when there was no one else in line. Most of the time they are friendly and know its going to be fast and why not be kind to a customer?
The star removal is because its a dangerous parking lot. Like, no signage, no paint directions, people whipping in and out to go to the bank or fedex or Costco. They should really paint some directions and add signs and make sure the trucks are parked where they do not block the view of people getting out.”
