“An honest and friendly local business. They made renting a dump truck so easy. I just called and reserved one under my name for the day I needed it. Once I returned it, they even reimbursed me for a couple of gallons of gas when they compared my mileage to my refill receipt because they felt I shouldn’t have had to put so many gallons in based off of how little I drove it.
I felt like that was a very honest thing to do and I trust this business so much that we will be sure to rent tools from them for our other projects instead of going to big name stores. So glad this small, local business exists.”
“Terrific people, great service, great trucks. Moving after 44 years with a lot of tools and equipment. The lift gate was a game changer over a ramp. Truck drove beautifully. Kenta and Vinh were great to deal with. When we had a tire issue they sent out a mobile to change replace it. They gave me great discounts. I was originally going to rent a Penske truck through Home Depot but they tried pulling bait and switch on the rental agreement so I went with Enterprise. Could not be happier. Enterprise was less expensive and no games. Just straight forward and very supportive.”

“Jess and Dave are a solid team. I was little disappointed to see the bill not be discounted as suggested the day prior but they're building brand, so I won't hold it against them. My gripe is the rate wasn't what I saw online when reserved. A bit concerning. Still enjoyed the professionalism. Will return for future business”

“Rented a U-Haul here to move, fantastic experience! Shop owner was very friendly and made sure we had all the extra equipment we needed. Got stuck in traffic on the way back so we called to let him know and he immediately adjusted our drop off time so we didn’t mess anything up or get late return fees!”

They were able to fix all the other problems at the Redmond location created.Only thing I would recommend is making sure you reach out to your customers via a telephone call if you guys are going to change any reservations, trucks, locations or anything. Not to send out automated text messages for matters like that.”

“It was my first experience with u-haul and I was quite stressed and uncertain how it suppose to work, not mentioning not being regular to drive a big car. The staff were extra friendly and helpful, while it's not even their direct \ main business there.Specifically, I would like to mention Richard who was who has helped me a lot by answering my first timer, inexperienced customer questions.Basically, most of the info \ actions could be done directly on u-haul web site, but it significantly reduced my stress level to be able to raise my questions in person with a customer oriented fellowThank you”
“20' Truck was available as reserved. Truck smelled pretty fishy, but was in decent shape and the lady who assisted me with my reservation was great! She even included moving blankets and a dolly for free, not that I needed them. No issues with the rental, would recommend this location.Word of warning - if you're in a hurry, do not fuel up at the Food Mart / SAS gas station down the street at the end of your rental. It is tiny (hard to maneuver), and you can't pay at the pump - in fact you have to pay with your credit card, then go back in and ask for a cash refund for any amount you didn't use (?!?)”
“Recently picked up a truck for a quick move a few heavy stuffs. Book in advance- that's important. My pick up time was at 9am, right when they open. The truck was ready. Easy paperwork and I was out in less than 10 mins. They charge $0.99 per mile on top of the rent. The service was just great. Very friendly staffs. They will explain the policies, process and what to be done while returning. Just one sign - that's all you need; rest is online. Quite a great experience. Recommended this place.”

Though I forgot his name, the attendant was an extremely nice and efficient person, he was very quick and straightforward with going through and helping me with the process of renting a pickup truck. “Love this location for my U-Haul rentals! Professional, clean and this woman is so kind and sweet. She makes SURE her trucks are clean when you return them, so they'll be clean when you rent them!(By the way, Google says it's a two-minute walk from Ralibiertos Taco Shop - which is a fantastic taco shop too, especially for their machaca burritos! But, this U-Haul is actually closer to El Nopal, the fantastic, amazing birria taco restaurant a door or two away! Try them, while you're there, parked in that small lot, near that horrible intersection of 4th and 128th.)”
