Had the best experience at this Verizon retailer. These things can be a hassle, but our sales associate, Nolan, took really good care of us. We had a somewhat complex transaction - moving 2 lines off of one account to a new account, moving one line to a different phone, and purchasing a new phone. It took a while, but that was to be expected. Overall, very happy with the friendly, competent service we received from Nolan at this store!

Damon is the best! He helped me with a return without pressuring me to buy something else. They have a large staff so you won't be waiting to get help. I'll definitely be going back soon when I have more time to look at various phones, and Damon also offered to do an account review so I can take advantage of promotions.

I went into this Verizon store for help with starting a claim through Asurion and Isabel C was absolutely amazing! She listened to my issues, made me feel understood, and in so many ways went above and beyond. She helped ease a lot of my worry and I left a very satisfied customer. Her kind of service and care is something I don't see often these days so I appreciate it so much! Thanks!!!

After years of withstanding an older model Galaxy for too long, I finally went into my local store and Jacobi helped answer my questions and then some! He helped me find a phone I wasn't previously considering (Galaxy 22 Ultra) and after giving it a shot for a couple weeks, I'm thrilled with my decision and his recommendation! He's very polite and respectful. Not to mention he helped lower my family's phone bill in the process. If you're looking for an upright phone sales experience, Jacobi is your man.

I had the pleasure of working with Isabel Cepurna today. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional and beyond pleasant to work with. She took the time to walk me through the steps of resolving my issue. I have found it rare to encounter this level of customer service in the last couple of years. If you haven't promoted her yet, you should. She is truly outstanding in her delivery of customer service.

We recently upgraded our new phones at this Verizon location. We have to go back several times since we have to trade our daughters phones at different time. Every time we went there we received exceptional services. Trevon and Zane assisted us with our trade in and new purchases. They both were very nice and helpful. Today we have to go back to the store again since my daughter’s cell phone number had issues. Isabel Cepurna was so helpful and patient. She takes the time to troubleshoot my daughter’s phone and was able to fix the issue. I highly recommend going to the Verizon store to get your phone. You will not get this type of services elsewhere.

Staff very slow to help, taking over 15 minutes to get settled with his laptop before doing anything for me, all the while not telling me what he's doing. Only perked up once he understood I was planning to purchase a higher end phone. Very inefficient in their work. To return Verizon internet setup I cannot simply hand it back, unopened. I must await a label to be mailed to me so I can mail it back. This is contrasted by my next stop where it took me 30 seconds to drop off a Fed Ex package and get a receipt. And what's with the idle Verizon staff standing around listening to the entire conversation? Not sure how Verizon stays in business. I'll be switching my carrier. I can't support such poor business practices and policies.

I was an old customer but today I received a bad customer service experience include all the employees. My friends had the same issue and say the same thing. Poor quality of work Poor communication

I have complete confidence in Zane at the Bothell Verizon store. I initially was helped by Zane a couple years ago at a different verizon location and kept tabs on him because i was so impressed by the service he provided. Zane is an exceptional employee providing consistent and high quality customer service! Zane is knowledgeable, efficient, quick and friendly!!I have three other people on my plan and have presented him with many different scenarios to troubleshoot and he has never let us down. Very satisfied!!
