“We have had an amazing experience with the front desk staff, Misty (epic!) and the doctors. Our boy has been well cared for and he has an extra step in his walk, even acts a bit cheeky since they improved his health. We thought we were stellar fur parents and the staff here made simple recommendations that improved his well-being. They are careful to consider your pocket book and make everything simple! Misty is amazing! Dr. McKee is great with the animals, has a calm, kind demeanor and will take time to laugh with you. I appreciate her. Dr. Vaugh is more serious and I like her also because she explains everything, is careful of cost and is detailed. Depending on your style, there is someone here that will make you feel your fur child is well cared for. I LOVE that the front desk brings their fur kids to work. The place is small and they keep it organized and they love the animals - there is zero doubt they care 100%. They go the extra mile for your pet.”
“Been brining our cat here for a few years. It’s great. Very knowledgeable. He got very sick at one point and they saved his life. Won’t take cats anywhere else. Love the cats only situation
They do sometimes have kittens running around the waiting room so beware if that stresses your cat out”
“Hailey and the front office staff are excellent! North Creek Pet Hospital offers free drinks and snacks for their customers which I tool advantage of. I give the veterinarians an A+ as well! I've taken my cats here for annual checkups, shots, neutering, etc. And have always had a positive experience. 5 stars from me!”
“I’ve used Banfield for a few years now for my cats and I like them well enough. But the Banfield in Bothell is by far my favorite. They’re so personable and professional. I wish my own doctor’s clinic ran as efficiently and were as responsive. I highly recommend them.”
