“Thank you for taking such wonderful care of Poolya! We cannot thank this clinic enough for the incredible care they provided for our green-cheek conure, Poolya, during his four-night stay. Poolya is only one years old, and this was his very first time being away from home and staying somewhere completely unfamiliar without us. We were a little nervous about how he would adjust, but the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and reassured throughout his stay at the clinic. What really stood out to us was their amazing communication and attention to detail. They consistently provided updates through email, and whenever we reached out to check on Poolya, they responded with thoughtful, detailed explanations of how he was doing. We especially appreciated knowing that they were monitoring his weight every morning and evening, which showed us just how attentive and thorough they were with his care. But what impressed us the most was how Poolya behaved when we brought him home. After four nights in a completely new environment, he came home acting exactly like himself! He wasn’t upset, stressed, or behaving any differently. He immediately settled back into his normal routine as if he had never been away. For us, that spoke volumes about how well he was treated and how comfortable he must have felt during his stay. This experience has truly earned our trust and given us so much peace of mind knowing that we have a safe, reliable, and caring place for Bullet whenever we travel in the future. A huge thank you to the entire team for treating our little Poolya with such kindness, patience, and care! We are beyond grateful and would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for exceptional care for their feathered babies! ❤🦜”

“Juanita Hills Animal Hospital helped us acquire an international certification for our dog. The process was complicated and the timing of the paperwork tight, but they nailed it! They confirmed vaccination and flight schedule with us and had all paperwork that legally could be filled out ahead ready. Our furry kid made it to our destination with no problems and is settling in well! Thank you Juanita Hills Animal Hospital for you time and dedication to seeing a positive outcome. Sincerely, Rebecca and Dakota”

“I’ve visited four different veterinary clinics, but it’s only at Kirkland Animal Hospital that my dog truly feels calm and at ease. Dr. Lee has an exceptional approach to handling animals — he is tactful, consistent, and never uses forceful restraint, which is unfortunately common in other clinics. My dog completely relaxes when Dr. Lee gives her a gentle chest massage before the examination and calmly talks to me in a soothing voice. The care and professionalism we’ve experienced here are unmatched. I also appreciate that their schedule is organized in such a way that my dog never encounters other patients, which makes the visit even more peaceful. I highly recommend Kirkland Animal Hospital for anyone looking for compassionate, expert care for their pets.”

“We have been coming to Eastside Vet for a number of years now. They have provided the best care for our two dogs. We have seen many of the vets here. They all have excellent credentials. It is obvious that they love animals. It is easy to book an appointment because they are well staffed. I have been here a few times right before closing. They have never turned me away. Thank you to everyone at Eastside Vet for lovingly caring for our dogs.”

“Getting my kitty treated costs more than getting my teeth fixed. But I love that they were open on Saturday and Sunday, that they sent out labs and didn't charge an extra office visit when I returned the following day for additional lab work.”

“I couldn't recommend AES more for any emergency regarding a pet. My little Maltese got into something he shouldn't have, had an episode of severe vomiting and paling of his gums. We sat at a different er vet for over an hour with being told the wait would be hours before he was seen. We decided to make our way to AES and im so incredibly grateful we did. They took him right to the back and treated him. They assured us his vitals were stable, gums looked much better and gave us a great plan of care and diet for our little bud while he recovered. They showed so much care and throughly went through his diagnosis and why they were prescribing the medication they were. We will definitely be keeping AES at the top of our list if we ever have an immediate emergency again.”

“We love Finn Hill Animal Hospital. We have been taking our French Bulldog Maverick there for 4 years. Today we were seen by Dr. Laura, she was so amazing with our pup and has a true passion for animals. After a reaction to routine vaccines Dr. Laura was able to see us right away and make sure Maverick was okay. She explained everything thoroughly. The care here is exceptional!! Thank you!”

“I am so very pleased with the urgency and care they had for our senior dog Lily. Such exceptional support from the first phone call to after surgery care! We are 💯 switching from Finn hill vet to my pets vet. They aren’t desensitized to the struggle of pet owners during holidays, but rather listened and went above in beyond in accommodating for emergency surgery! We are so very thankful for this clinic and the staff/doctor! So happy to have found them! Highly recommend as their vet techs are actually licensed and know what they are doing vs Finn Hill”
