Easy in and out for our dog's annual check-up. Friendly staff. Upfront about costs, which I appreciated. The immunizations were seamless; they took our dog into the back and had her back to us quickly. Alva Cheng, DVM, came in and we had a pleasant conversation with her about our dog's health and she asked if we had questions/concerns. Will be back next year.”
“I’ve visited four different veterinary clinics, but it’s only at Kirkland Animal Hospital that my dog truly feels calm and at ease. Dr. Lee has an exceptional approach to handling animals — he is tactful, consistent, and never uses forceful restraint, which is unfortunately common in other clinics. My dog completely relaxes when Dr. Lee gives her a gentle chest massage before the examination and calmly talks to me in a soothing voice. The care and professionalism we’ve experienced here are unmatched. I also appreciate that their schedule is organized in such a way that my dog never encounters other patients, which makes the visit even more peaceful. I highly recommend Kirkland Animal Hospital for anyone looking for compassionate, expert care for their pets.”
“Dr. Mangan has always been patient and loving with my dogs. She was wonderful when my boy Tofu came in urgently and was by our side when we made the decision to put him to sleep. Fast forward we were given Lunchbox a Cattle Dog Mix with some behavioral issues so I was a little nervous bringing him to the vet and again Dr. Mangan was incredibly patient with him and even became friends with our new boy!”
“My puppies and I have been patients for years. We see Dr. Wilcox primarily, but all the doctors are awesome. The front desk staff is just the best. I'd hire all of them. Their friendliness and genuine concern for your call/visit is noteworthy. It would be nice if our human doctors' offices showed the same level of detail and friendliness.”

“The head doctor/owner of this vet is the most caring, considerate vet I have ever encountered in my life. He truly cares for the animals and people he is serving. From giving us a discount when we don’t have the money, to answering the phone off hours when he clearly had woken up out of bed. I just cannot recommend this place enough. “Started here a little over a year ago when I got my rescue pup. We've gotten her multiple vaccinations, help with her seasonal allergies, and other non-emergency (??) issues so far. My pup hates having people touch her, not just at the vet, and can get very anxious in different situations but they've been super accommodating and very considerate of her. There's been a couple times where she's been super itchy and they've been able to slot us in very quickly with a vet tech for a Cytopoint shot to get her relief. The one time they couldn't fit us in for an issue on very short notice before a vacation, they recommended an urgent care nearby that was also very good.
At this point we've seen a few different vets and a few different vet techs here. All were really great, listened to my concerns, gave great advice with multiple options, accommodated her quirks, and treated her very well. The front desk staff are all super kind and very helpful. Highly recommend Juanita Bay.”
