Very pleased with this branch. Went in to open a new account. Tatem made the whole thing quick and painless. They even printed my debit card, right there on the spot. Who does that?!! The app is super user friendly. I am very impressed with this interaction. Switching my business account to Wa Fed next week.

The downtown Bothell branch is wonderful. Everyone is nice and helpful. I can't recommend WaFd enough because of how amazing this branch is.
