“I had a great experience at this Chase branch. When I came in for a notary service, a young lady with long curly hair greeted me warmly and helped me book an appointment, which made me feel very welcome.
When I returned for my appointment, Hussain Habib assisted me. He was exceptionally patient, polite, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. Throughout the process, he explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and understood each step.

“I generally never write reviews for banks and stuff. But I must say everytime I go to Wells Fargo they just go above my expectations. I was looking to get few documents notarized. I had an appointment with Sri. But I was early, Ariella just did my notary even though I didnt have appointment with her. She just did it in just 10 mins. I was so worried about getting this done.

“Highly recommend Anamile Hernandez for her amazing customer service! She was infinitely patient with me and went above and beyond to help me for over an hour get through the Bank of America system to clear an alert for me in my account which was preventing me from being able to access my new credit card. We were transferred over and over again but she persevered until we solved everything that needed to get done and made it a much more pleasant experience than it otherwise would have been.
