“Been going to DT since when Bothell still seemed affordable to young families. Must've bought at least 4-6 sets of Bridgestones for my cars through the years.
Heck the 2nd to last set outlasted its 80k warranty by a full 20k going as far as 100k. That's nothing to scoff at when you see the terrible condition of our roads. Surprisingly the replacement set suffered premature wear within 25k so they sold me a new set at a prorated price citing that as manufacturer's defect.
So yeah you can take it to the bank that I will be a lifetime customer”

“5 star review from my very happy (but salty) spouse. He so did not want to be on camera to make a video review but it had to happen because what Chris at Same Day Auto did for his Audi made my husbands entire day ?
Story time, my husband always takes me to lunch on Fridays and while we are eating he stops mid wonton soup to tell me about the experience he just had with his car repair. Literally the way he was talking sounded like old school “they just don’t make them like they used to” talk. He was so effusive about the customer service and care. (The service: Chris made the scuffed bumper shine like new in under 15 minutes… “like magic” he said)
I said, “you know you have to write a review right?” - husband says… “You do it” So here we are bickering on camera in a three part post because google limits the length of the video ?”
“I had an outstanding experience with Sound Wheel Works. I came in looking to change my caliper color to red, and the team also helped add the Porsche branding on the calipers, which turned out great.
While the car was there, they also completed an alignment. When the work was finished, I received a detailed report showing the alignment measurements both before and after the service, which I really appreciated.
The car looks amazing and drives great. I would definitely recommend Sound Wheel Works to anyone looking for quality work and attention to detail.

“Over Memorial Day weekend, we noticed that the tire pressure on our Tesla was abnormal, and then we found a nail stuck in one of the tires. Since it was a holiday, many shops were closed. We checked with the Discount Tire location we usually go to, but unfortunately the earliest appointment was two days later. Then we happened to see that this Les Schwab Tire Centers store had an opening the next morning.
We came in early, dropped off the car, and they repaired the tire in about half an hour. Amazingly, it was completely free! They also inflated all four tires for us, and even checked the alignment and brakes.
Next time we need new tires, we’ll definitely come back here. Their service was outstanding.”

“Made my older Benz look new again!For the previous eight months my poor car sat under a cottonwood tree, all the while getting completely covered in sap and debris. I couldn't for the life of me get any of it to come off, but Advanced Auto Reconditioning got all of it off and made my paint look great! I didn't think my car could look this nice again. I never would have found them if not for Google, since they are hidden behind a dealership and not visible from the road.Do note that I swapped the front bumper and wheels the day before I dropped it off, but everything else was their handiwork.”

“Brought my car here twice and it was handled quickly and smoothly. Had my rear calipers, drums and pads swapped out, only to bring it back with more brake problems 5k miles later. They discovered a leak in the new rear caliper that was messing with the parking brake assembly. All replaced free of charge under warranty. I fully expected to pay for new brake lines when I came in. Good business here and they take care of you.”

“I had an oil change somewhere else which at the end of my service they made me sound like I'm this great wacko who had been driving with four ancient Flinstones' car tires. So afterwards, while passing by Discount Tire, I walked in to consult about my tread depth. I was assured that my tires were all still good and had a lot of lives left but one of them would need to be replaced in about 6-months or 2 years depending on how often/far I drive. The guy at the counter explained nicely to me the best way to get an appointment is to order the tire online, location-based, then make the appropriate appointment. Your appointment should be within 10 days after the purchase date. And he advised calling the store if I have a difficulty getting an appointment within that timeframe so they can help with earlier appointment. On their website, I found a quality All-Weather tire that I wanted at a great price. Wasn't too crazy about all the fees but that's to be expected everywhere else anyway. I arrived for my appointment, waited for my turn at the check-in counter, they took my keys and said that it should be ready in 30-minutes, 45-minutes max. You can check your progress anytime. When the installation was done (earlier than expected), I got a notification text. They gave me my key back and refused any tip. I was literally in and out. Easy peasy, pain-free. This pleasant experience echoed my previous experience with Discount Tire when I got a nail in my tire a little while ago. They patched it for free and I was on my merry way. You'll see a lot of customers looking bewildered and in disbelief when receiving their fantastic service and with no bill due. I mean honestly, in this day and age, it's borderline making us customers feel guilty like we're taking advantage of a good and honest business lol. The staff are always friendly, warm and all-around wholesome. I definitely would continue coming back here for my tire needs.”

“I had a broken valve stem on Jeep Wrangler. These are special valve stems (metal) that often require a new sensor be purchased to fix. The team at Discount Tire got me in quickly w/out an appointment and were able to rebuild the stem w/out having to replace the sensor. The service was free of charge and I was in and out in 45 minutes total. Every time I come here I'm happy with their prompt and good service”

“I blew out two tires on my way to my daughter’s band concert about an hour before closing. There’s never a good time for that to happen, but for me it was definitely a “when it rains, it pours” kind of day.
Scott got me checked in quickly, helped me get four new tires, and had everything taken care of within minutes. Unfortunately, I had to leave my car behind so I could make it to the concert.
What really impressed me was that once the work was done, Scott and a coworker personally delivered my car to me in downtown Everett on their way home. Because of their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond, I was able to be there to support my daughter.
