“First off , I arrived there to get my scratched wheels fix , I went inside the office and spoke to Courtney , she's very helpful what do I need and what to expect after few hours ,so then I left (dropped off the car) get really busy quickly ) ,then I came back the car is almost done, they do quick work but very articulate and precise, sanding painting and refinishing the wheel , looks like nothing happen to it , the scratch are all gone , now looks like another brand new wheels from the box , I can't say enough good things about this company ,and I spoke to a gentleman (new owner of the old shop ) he's pretty cool explaining everything to me with the smile ,very professional and meticulous around the job ,I think he's the manager there , I came back there's Porsche 911 Lambo and Ferrari , this company handles most Northwest exotic cars , I'm just lucky enough to see and squeeze my Lexus at the moment , Very please and will be coming back for more tire and wheels service in the near future ,AAA Recommended”

“After getting my alignment done by another shop there was a few things slightly off. My cars lowered which is difficult for a few shops. After doing some research Clark's was recommended. I drove an hour just for alignment. After arriving I immediately felt confident as he had already delt with my specific setup. Asked all the right questions and made me feel good about my decision to come out here. He got me sorted quickly and on the road. After a little wheel balancing and dialing in my suspension the ride home was amazingly smooth car feels amazing. Thank you!”

“Made my older Benz look new again!For the previous eight months my poor car sat under a cottonwood tree, all the while getting completely covered in sap and debris. I couldn't for the life of me get any of it to come off, but Advanced Auto Reconditioning got all of it off and made my paint look great! I didn't think my car could look this nice again. I never would have found them if not for Google, since they are hidden behind a dealership and not visible from the road.Do note that I swapped the front bumper and wheels the day before I dropped it off, but everything else was their handiwork.”

They started working on the car about 10 mins before the time of my appointment and finished in about 30 minutes which I thought was surprisingly fast. “Les Schwab Edmonds HWY99.Had a screw in my tire. Took my car to Costco after they told me on the phone to come in early in the morning so I could be the first one in line. When I got there they they told me I had to leave my car for the whole day. Got the run arounds. Went down the street to Les Schwab in Edmonds. These guys are doing it right!!! The girl at the counter was prompt and had a great attitude. The technician was informative and nice. They told me it’ll take about 2 hours. They got my car in and out with in an hour. The best part of this shop was their attitude and transparency. No run arounds. Definitely will use this particular store again for my car needs.”

Redmond, WA is as good, or better, than the others.I do not know how LS does it, but they should write a book about maintaining the highest levels of customer service and employee engagement. “First off, not all Les Schwab locations function equally so consider this a location based review.I first came here for tires a little over a year ago after a friend had been through some mishaps at other locations and had a good experience. They were great! Fast and kind even though I can be a bit of a nervous person.I recently had a bad experience with another location and couldn't decide if I should leave and try this location or not. I struggle to complain because: - everyone has bad days and - you never know what's actually causing the problem behind the scenes. (I don't like getting people in trouble for reacting to bad situations.)I digress. I called this location (Shoreline) and explained my difficulties. I was immediately taken care of and understood. I drove up and they got me in and out post haste (maybe an hour?) with everything done. (I realized after the fact I hadn't even had a chance to ask about tire rotation which was likely needed and they just did it. They even reset the TPMS without asking which doesn't always happen...even when you ask... when you get tire service. (how many times my car manufacturer has not reset this has become a game for me. Love getting my brakes done w/ balance...only to set off and leave the TMPS flagged.)Anyhow. Quick and Kind even when I'm not at my best. I don't know a better way to thank them than reviews. So here yah go:Go here. They may be upper edge tire cost wise but if you look into tire reviews they have a good range of prices for well rated tires(going cheaper you're going to be running in to quality sacrifices) and their service is awesome! It pays for itself in the long run. Trust. If you're my friend and need help, I'll go begging for yah. ?I don't think I've ever had a tire shop I've felt comfortable or confident with in 35 years of driving until now.Thanks again guys!”

“Walked in yesterday around 3:00pm thinking I might be able to get a brake inspection. Not only was I able to get the inspection in about 30 min., I was able to get complete front rotors, calipers, pads, fluid, etc in about a hour and a half more?. I was thinkingI might have to make a appointment just for the inspection. Great job and extremely friendly service. I have also been to the Bellevue, South hill and one of the Tacoma locations. Same great service everywhere. There has to be some absolutely incredible leadership at the corporate level to have the same type of service at every location for many years. “I have always had good experiences with Discount Tire and my experience over the weekend was no exception. I tried to go to a competitor that was closer to my house to get my low pressure tired assessed but they couldn't get me in. I called Discount Tire and they said to come on down. The employees got me in right away and the screw hole in my tire was fixed in less than an hour...at no cost! I have been a loyal customer for years and it will remain that way. “After shopping for a LONG TIME to find the right All Season Tires for my SUV (which has some unique Performance characteristics) I was finally able to fine a Tire / Wheel combo that looked like it would work. It's a bit of a Process doing the Online Order but I got it all in and THEN you can book the Install. Sadly they showed the soonest time as being some weeks out, but I called Discount Tire the next morning and the said "No problem. We'll have your Parts on Monday. How about Tuesday Morning"?Drove up there 9am Tuesday. They checked me in. I walked down to the Breakfast restaurant on the next block and before I was done with my Veggie Omelet their nice little Text app said "Your All Set"!Nice touch... as I was getting in the Car one of the young Employees came up and said some nice things about my Car. Then said "Be sure to come back in 100 miles so we can torque the bolts and make sure everything is looking good". Thank you. I think I'll do that!Was also surprised to see how nice the Tires / Wheels look. My vehicle came STOCK with custom 21" Rims and Low Profile Tires, which look pretty cool. I thought it would look DORKY to go to the 20" Rims / All Season Tires, but it's really not that bad.Great experience at Discount Tire. I'll go back.”
