Last time I was in, a nice young man named Keon helped me, my tire had a bulge in it- it was under warranty and he changed it right out for me and answered all my questions, I never feel like as coming in as a girl, I get taken advantage of here for any excess stuff!”

“I had a screw in my tire, and it needed a patch. I dropped off the car day before my appointment, but they squeezed me in and finished the repair the same day. I was pleasantly surprised they don't charge for tire patch. Jerome, the manager, was nice and friendly. Josh, the tech, was also friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great experience! “I blew out two tires on my way to my daughter’s band concert about an hour before closing. There’s never a good time for that to happen, but for me it was definitely a “when it rains, it pours” kind of day.
Scott got me checked in quickly, helped me get four new tires, and had everything taken care of within minutes. Unfortunately, I had to leave my car behind so I could make it to the concert.
What really impressed me was that once the work was done, Scott and a coworker personally delivered my car to me in downtown Everett on their way home. Because of their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond, I was able to be there to support my daughter.

“I had a nail stuck in my tire and after the job was done, the steering became wobbly. After the manager heard of the new issue, they called me immediately and offered to fix, no questions asked. They made me and my truck a priority. The manager, Paul, was very kind and attentive. He is the kind of person who makes a business successful! All around great customer service from every employee I interacted with. Not to mention they have coffee and snacks while you wait.”

“I have always been weary of mechanics and car shops. One of my best friends was one and told me the DL of a shop and bad stuff that could/would happen.
However, I have taken all my cars here to Les Schwab in Kenmore. All the mechanics I have encountered are professional and friendly and never try to sell you something but are honest with the things you might need in the future. I recently had my brakes done and they got them done when they said.
I also have stopped by several times to get air put in my tires, and they stopped what they were doing and helped me immediately. I then bought tires from them, and knowing you are protected by them for life is a nice feeling when paying for them. This location is the best. I’ve stopped at other locations and they were rude and like I was putting them out asking for air in my tires. So I left and came back to this location no matter what.

“Great little used tire shop. I had a blow out on the highway today managed to get over here to the shop on the donut. They found me a good used tire to throw on until my new tires come in on order. In and out in 20min. Will definitely keep these guys on the tire list. Would recommend”
“Been going to DT since when Bothell still seemed affordable to young families. Must've bought at least 4-6 sets of Bridgestones for my cars through the years.
Heck the 2nd to last set outlasted its 80k warranty by a full 20k going as far as 100k. That's nothing to scoff at when you see the terrible condition of our roads. Surprisingly the replacement set suffered premature wear within 25k so they sold me a new set at a prorated price citing that as manufacturer's defect.
So yeah you can take it to the bank that I will be a lifetime customer”
“Brought my car here twice and it was handled quickly and smoothly. Had my rear calipers, drums and pads swapped out, only to bring it back with more brake problems 5k miles later. They discovered a leak in the new rear caliper that was messing with the parking brake assembly. All replaced free of charge under warranty. I fully expected to pay for new brake lines when I came in. Good business here and they take care of you.”
“Great service. Good energy from the team. The guys in the shop seemed to be motivated and having fun even on an insanely busy Monday. Called to ask a question about the tires I was looking at, was on hold for maybe 2 minutes, received an answer, and was invited in same day. No pushiness or overwhelming upsells. Windshield wipers are a great deal here, though.
Discount Tire was much more affordable than Pep Boys. Even with price shopping Walmart, Costco, and local shops. Discount Tire got us OTD with the best deal and we needed four new tires. Grateful!”

“I had an oil change somewhere else which at the end of my service they made me sound like I'm this great wacko who had been driving with four ancient Flinstones' car tires. So afterwards, while passing by Discount Tire, I walked in to consult about my tread depth. I was assured that my tires were all still good and had a lot of lives left but one of them would need to be replaced in about 6-months or 2 years depending on how often/far I drive. The guy at the counter explained nicely to me the best way to get an appointment is to order the tire online, location-based, then make the appropriate appointment. Your appointment should be within 10 days after the purchase date. And he advised calling the store if I have a difficulty getting an appointment within that timeframe so they can help with earlier appointment. On their website, I found a quality All-Weather tire that I wanted at a great price. Wasn't too crazy about all the fees but that's to be expected everywhere else anyway. I arrived for my appointment, waited for my turn at the check-in counter, they took my keys and said that it should be ready in 30-minutes, 45-minutes max. You can check your progress anytime. When the installation was done (earlier than expected), I got a notification text. They gave me my key back and refused any tip. I was literally in and out. Easy peasy, pain-free. This pleasant experience echoed my previous experience with Discount Tire when I got a nail in my tire a little while ago. They patched it for free and I was on my merry way. You'll see a lot of customers looking bewildered and in disbelief when receiving their fantastic service and with no bill due. I mean honestly, in this day and age, it's borderline making us customers feel guilty like we're taking advantage of a good and honest business lol. The staff are always friendly, warm and all-around wholesome. I definitely would continue coming back here for my tire needs.”
