“First off, not all Les Schwab locations function equally so consider this a location based review.I first came here for tires a little over a year ago after a friend had been through some mishaps at other locations and had a good experience. They were great! Fast and kind even though I can be a bit of a nervous person.I recently had a bad experience with another location and couldn't decide if I should leave and try this location or not. I struggle to complain because: - everyone has bad days and - you never know what's actually causing the problem behind the scenes. (I don't like getting people in trouble for reacting to bad situations.)I digress. I called this location (Shoreline) and explained my difficulties. I was immediately taken care of and understood. I drove up and they got me in and out post haste (maybe an hour?) with everything done. (I realized after the fact I hadn't even had a chance to ask about tire rotation which was likely needed and they just did it. They even reset the TPMS without asking which doesn't always happen...even when you ask... when you get tire service. (how many times my car manufacturer has not reset this has become a game for me. Love getting my brakes done w/ balance...only to set off and leave the TMPS flagged.)Anyhow. Quick and Kind even when I'm not at my best. I don't know a better way to thank them than reviews. So here yah go:Go here. They may be upper edge tire cost wise but if you look into tire reviews they have a good range of prices for well rated tires(going cheaper you're going to be running in to quality sacrifices) and their service is awesome! It pays for itself in the long run. Trust. If you're my friend and need help, I'll go begging for yah. ?I don't think I've ever had a tire shop I've felt comfortable or confident with in 35 years of driving until now.Thanks again guys!”

“Les Schwab Edmonds HWY99.Had a screw in my tire. Took my car to Costco after they told me on the phone to come in early in the morning so I could be the first one in line. When I got there they they told me I had to leave my car for the whole day. Got the run arounds. Went down the street to Les Schwab in Edmonds. These guys are doing it right!!! The girl at the counter was prompt and had a great attitude. The technician was informative and nice. They told me it’ll take about 2 hours. They got my car in and out with in an hour. The best part of this shop was their attitude and transparency. No run arounds. Definitely will use this particular store again for my car needs.”

“Les Schwab has been my go-to place for tire repair for 20 years. The rule in our house is if you get a flat, take it to Les Schwab. I just showed up again this week with a flat. They repaired it quickly and did it all completely for free. They've never pushed me to buy tires that I didn't need, and have always treated me fairly. So when it comes to buy tires, I also always buy from them, even if I could save a few bucks somewhere else. The staff communicate well and take their job seriously. It's a Ballard institution. Highly recommend.”

“I bought a set of tires at this location about 2 weeks ago for my mothers Subaru legacy. They started working on the car about 10 mins before the time of my appointment and finished in about 30 minutes which I thought was surprisingly fast. The technicians were courteous and had good customer service. I would definitely come back here next time.”

“I have always had good experiences with Discount Tire and my experience over the weekend was no exception. I tried to go to a competitor that was closer to my house to get my low pressure tired assessed but they couldn't get me in. I called Discount Tire and they said to come on down. The employees got me in right away and the screw hole in my tire was fixed in less than an hour...at no cost! I have been a loyal customer for years and it will remain that way. Awesome customer service that seems so rare these days. Highly recommend this location & company!”

“After shopping for a LONG TIME to find the right All Season Tires for my SUV (which has some unique Performance characteristics) I was finally able to fine a Tire / Wheel combo that looked like it would work. It's a bit of a Process doing the Online Order but I got it all in and THEN you can book the Install. Sadly they showed the soonest time as being some weeks out, but I called Discount Tire the next morning and the said "No problem. We'll have your Parts on Monday. How about Tuesday Morning"?Drove up there 9am Tuesday. They checked me in. I walked down to the Breakfast restaurant on the next block and before I was done with my Veggie Omelet their nice little Text app said "Your All Set"!Nice touch... as I was getting in the Car one of the young Employees came up and said some nice things about my Car. Then said "Be sure to come back in 100 miles so we can torque the bolts and make sure everything is looking good". Thank you. I think I'll do that!Was also surprised to see how nice the Tires / Wheels look. My vehicle came STOCK with custom 21" Rims and Low Profile Tires, which look pretty cool. I thought it would look DORKY to go to the 20" Rims / All Season Tires, but it's really not that bad.Great experience at Discount Tire. I'll go back.”

“The customers service was remarkable, especially compared to other tire stores (especially Costco, where I had a bad experience). It was easy to book an appointment, and I was surprised how quick the installation occurred (30 mins compared to the 2 hours at Costco). As I saw there waiting, I saw how the representatives were all attentive and seemed to genuinely care about each customers' concern, and were patient and yet efficient despite how busy it was. The tires themselves were a great deal, lowest price I could find (same as Costco but without the cost of membership). As you can see by now, would definitely recommend you come here as opposed to Costo.”
