“I needed a place to stay in La Conner and picked the Wild Iris due to its pricing and proximity to the building with the class I was taking. The inn was a DELIGHT. I booked a room with a queen bed and a fireplace and was absolutely floored by it. The Jacuzzi tub was amazing. I loved that the room has a DVD player already hooked up, with a library of DVDS in the lobby. The whole building exuded coziness. The hotel still had a lot of charm that you don't get at a big homogenous franchise.I wish the rooms had a fridge and microwave, but that was just a minor thing. In the morning, I went down for breakfast. The breakfast room was light and warm with lots of windows. The young lady running the room was charming and helpful. The cold bar was small but everything there was excellent. Yogurt, granola, several kinds of fruit, hard-boiled eggs, cereal, and several sweet breads. The complimentary hot special was a blueberry French toast with cinnamon strusel that was a joy to eat.My husband and I are already planning to book this hotel for our anniversary. It's wonderful!”

“The stay at the candle wood suites in Burlington WA was a nightmare, if have a fear of dogs or are allergic to dogs this isn’t the hotel for you. The manager there has a black golden retriever that is NEVER on a leash that is there everyday and possibly may come in contact with you. Not to mention the trash bags is left in the lobby. And we were also bitten by bed bugs but they claim the pest control came and no bed bugs were found WHICH I HAVE PROOF OF FINDINGS ON THE BED!!! Michaela is very rude I was ask to leave the hotel just because I would like to take rather legal action into the bed bugs situation. And the pest control company that came there to check the room is “Aahrats pest control” which is rude himself he claims he been in business over 30 years but only has 3 reviews his site.. and I honestly feel they personally know each other because again he come off very rude as well. The only good thing about the hotel is the helpful staff.”

“Very cute, refurbished historic hotel. The staff are friendly and the location is great. Pre bagged ice and complimentary bottled water. Quaint but cozy rooms. Oh and did I mention the courtyard?”

“Also had an option for food delivery to the room using Order InWalkability: It was a very short walk to the bus terminal for the SeaTac shuttle. Convenient for me!”

“Stayed here on a spur of the moment trip. Had our dog with us and hoped for the best in a pet friendly hotel. Room was on lower level, and was clean, and HUGE. Did not smell like pets! Staff was great, and we were at end of hall with easy access out of building. Super great place and very reasonable! Would stay here again when traveling with our dog.”
