Made an appt. to upgrade our internet. Got to store right when they opened. There were at least 5 employees ready to help customers. We were helped right away. Did not take long to do what we needed. Even saved a bit of money.

Closed 2 hours early without notifying online. Sort of sweet they use a paper sign on the door as the very “best” way to say “sorry for the inconvenience.” The store was filled with employees with their noses in their computers. Maybe designing a way to inform customers of changes in the hours they receive customers?
