“I gotta say... going to the Verizon store is usually very troublesome.. but NOT today! I just had an amazingly informative and helpful visit. The person helping me was very polite and helpful with my phone issues.. we're trying what she said to do, if it works great, but if it doesn't... still not going to be upset, cause she was so helpful and not dismissive like I've been treated in the past.. so THANK YOU”
