“Made an appt. to upgrade our internet. Got to store right when they opened. There were at least 5 employees ready to help customers. We were helped right away. Did not take long to do what we needed. Even saved a bit of money.”

“I’ve had a great experience with Xfinity so far. As a new customer setting up internet for my first home, it was refreshing to have everything handled quickly and smoothly. I was able to sign up, pick up my equipment, and activate my internet all in the same day. Customer service has been friendly and helpful, and when Xfinity detected a potential connection-quality issue, they proactively offered me a technician appointment at no cost with several scheduling options. The service itself has been excellent so far. Fast, stable, and competitively priced. Overall, Xfinity has been very easy to work with, and I’ve been impressed with both the service and the turnaround time.”

“I gotta say... going to the Verizon store is usually very troublesome.. but NOT today! I just had an amazingly informative and helpful visit. The person helping me was very polite and helpful with my phone issues.. we're trying what she said to do, if it works great, but if it doesn't... still not going to be upset, cause she was so helpful and not dismissive like I've been treated in the past.. so THANK YOU”
