Ferrellgas is consistently reliable for taking care of timely deliveries and any mishaps.

Avoid Ferrellgas at all costs. Their promise performance and customer followup are terrible. I will be switching providers as soon as my one year lease on the tank is up. They are TERRIBLE!!!!

We unexpectedly ran out of gas. They wanted to charge $250 for same day service or $150 for next day service. They said it may be up to 10 days before someone might get there. We use the gas for our stove.

If I could give this outfit zero stars I would. I am trying to call and clarify a bill, have done so 6 times now, and each time had to leave a message, with all my details, account numbers etc, and over 3 days no one has called me back. And I'm trying to pay them! What a joke. People have mentioned they may be going out of business so I guess I'll just wait for that and not pay them!

So easy to set up delivery. So nice and efficient on the phone. Nice delivery man too. Very professional always. Thank you for making it so easy.

Other than charging my credit card twice for the same delivery, and then telling me that it would take ten days to recredit my account, no complaints.

Wanted to fill my tank but they said they would not come out for less than 200 gallons. Will just go to the next propane company on the web.

Out of fuel, agreed to pay extra, confirmed truck was out for delivery, no show, out for another week. Can only contact 8-5 M-F. Run, don't walk from these guys. These kind of issues happen all the time. 18 years of poor service.

I just got 100 gallons of propane on Bainbridge island and so did my daughter-in-law she paid $3.17 a gallon and I was charged $5.39 a gallon. I am 83 years old my husband past away so this is how you treat a customer of over 20 years . You should be ashamed

We ordered propane which was scheduled for Dec 29th. We had snow unexpectedly for a couple of days after Christmas which caused delay for sure. It is now Jan 12 and we have been out of heat for 6 days, still no propane. We called frequently to check on status but got the same answer every time...they are backed up because of the delay. This delay has been too long. Perhaps they should rethink the process of making a commitment to delivery schedules? Another responsible and kind way to treat customers is to notify us of a long delay so we can better prepare.

All the downsides of a soulless national company without any of the upsides that one might reasonably expect from a company with enormous financial resources. Unreliable, overpriced, poor customer service, archaic billing system. Deliver if they feel like it. Answer the phone if they feel like it. Regrettably I inherited a leased tank so I am stuck with them. They know it, and they act like it. Stay away if you have a choice.

Been trying to get my propane tanks filled for three months, they charged me $400, on the 1st, and refused to give us the military discount they told us they had. They still haven’t filled them, it’s the 17th. This is how they treat disabled combat vets, yelling at them on the phone, asked for a manager last month to file a complaint, never called me back. Merry Christmas, it’s time I call my lawyer, for harassment, and theft.

at a $1.44 a gallon more than anyone else, customer service is not a priority. quoted $3.407 only to be charged $4.448 a gallon when we received the bill and told we have no records of us quoting you that price, while suburban propane not 5 min down the road is at $3.04 a gallon, Ferrell seems very proud of there gas and charge so.

We scheduled a propane delivery from Ferrellgas and were given a window of 10 business days for delivery. We called around the middle of the calendar window and were curtly told that we would get our delivery by the last day of the window but they could not tell us which day. On the last day of the calendar window we called to make sure we were on that day's delivery schedule and were told we were not on the schedule, but that we would get a call from the local office to find out why. That call never came and we never got our propane. We ended up getting propane from Peninsula Propane who was much easier to deal with and scheduled our delivery for the next day. We do not recommend Ferrellgas.
