Ferrellgas always professional service from delivery drivers. A pleasure doing business with everyone at Ferrellgas. Delivery easy to set up, nice efficient on the phone, and a nice delivery man too. They wanted to charge $250 for same day service or $150 for next day service, and said it may be up to ten days before someone might get there. Other than charging my credit card twice for the same delivery, telling me it would take ten days to recredit my account, no complaints.
Our driver was courteous and friendly. It was his first time at our house, but he showed initiative by knocking on our door to let us know he had arrived (so that we had time to get our dogs inside before he opened our gate). I really appreciated that. He was quick and efficient.
