Kitsap Community Food Co-op is a cooperatively owned, not-for-profit grocery store owned by its members. It is a comfortably small store with an awesome selection of vegetables, local produce, and tasty fish options at pretty good prices. The store offers helpful bulk goods and nice bulk spices. It is a perfect spot to stop after hopping off the ferry. The staff are friendly, and you can request special items and give kind feedback to the staff owners. The business is guided by its values, investing profits back into the community. It is a wonderful place that deserves a lot of love, with one reviewer noting it is worth stopping at regularly for awesome fruit and produce. The co-op supports a healthier local food system, and money spent there stays in the community.
Great little spot, with a surprisingly large selection of foods. My go-to for bulk items. Let's hope they're able to find a better location soon and have a cafe attached!

Marvelous! Sooo many local and organic products... like I always say, eat healthy with slightly higher food bill and then have very low medical bills...

Good prices, many options. Brands you love, and new to explore! Definitely worth getting fresh fruit and veggies.
