From our first contact to several phone calls in between and 2 separate pick ups, nothing but positive experiences all around. Our meat was packed nicely and they even helped carry it out.     “Dan and Sue have been the best people for years. I love going to C&C and seeing Sue watching football and talking about the Mariners and the Seahawks with them. Dan knows my smokes, and it’s a great neighborhood store they always greet you when you come in. He will try to get stuff in there that you like also if you ask. A couple of times I got an item that wasn’t good and he always lets me exchange it at no cost. Last time was a Lay’s dip that was sealed and in date but it just tasted weird. I always know I’ll be taken care of at C&C. 💕”

    “Things are a little pricey, but that’s to be expected. Having said that, I was disappointed with the small selection. They really pack everything in there though, so, for what it’s worth, I think they’re doing the best they can with the space. There’s a few specialty goods that I find worth coming back for, and if you can afford it, I think it’s a worthy endeavor to support local businesses. If you’re looking for jersey milk, raw milk cheese or bulk items, this might be a stop for you. They also sell alcoholic ales and wellness drinks I haven’t seen anywhere else.”

    “Pretty standard convenience store. Been around a long time. Clean but kinda worn by time. Average prices. Kind of a difficult parking lot to get in and out of if there's traffic but it's connected along the back to an easier to access lot. Everyone I've interacted with has been nice. Haven't had a negative experience at R &H. It's on the way to work so I stop there occasionally but I wouldn't go out of my way to go here. It does what you expect and it does it well enough, solid business.”

    “If you shop at Fred Meyer enough to get fuel points this place is fine. Even cheap if you have enough points. Reasonably clean and rarely broken, the price without points is the same as everywhere else. Biggest downside is the same as the main store. Kitsap Mental Health is behind it so there's always a chance a patient will wander over out of the woods but I've had no direct issues.”

The employees are all friendly & real and for the most part, prices are actually quite reasonable considering it’s a convenience store & usually that means double the price of a full sized grocery store. This store is definitely an asset to the community & many local residents rely on it for staple foods. Security has considerably improved over the last several years and I’m happy to see the improvements & upgrades as they’ve been made.     “Not much to tell, cashiers are cool and stalkers, and stuff were all cool. They helped me find what I was looking for no problem of course. Everybody loves Amos. Amos And I walked to that Safeway from where I'm living here in brimmington, which was about. Well, I'm just under 2 miles, and then I had to make it a longer ship, of course, because my phone fell out of my pocket. So I had to backtrack almost a 1 a mile, maybe more I'm gonna look at the timeline, it'll tell me I found it though. And then we walked back, and a bus showed app, and they gave me a free ride. 2 blocks from my house. Thank you, Jesus. Sorry no photos cause my hands were full.”

    Walmart wants your groceries at the door before the ice cream softens. On May 29, the retailer said its 30-minute-or-less delivery had reached 33 U.S. markets, adding a wave of new cities across the Northeast. Shoppers in those areas can order from more than 100,000 items, everything from fresh produce and baby formula to pet food, electronics, cold medicine, and prescriptions. Behind the scenes, the service leans on Walmart's store network and an algorithm that factors in order size, available drivers, and distance from the store.
