“I’m in and out of this UPS almost every week with Amazon returns. The team that works here is always really really nice and professional and greets you as you come in, and says bye when you leave. Just a really nice warmly run UPS. It gets busy close to closing as everyone’s getting off work of course, so if you have a lot to ship or return, I’d recommend coming earlier in the day if you can help it. About 75% of the time, I’m in and out with like 5x Amazon returns in under 10 minutes with zero wait for the return kiosk. But I do normally come mid day when it’s quiet”

“We can't say enough nice things about Pack and Mail and the woman who runs it. Meri is a Godsend. Without her, I think this place would fall apart. She goes above and beyond, helping us with our mail and scanning needs. We're snowbirds who fly south for the winter, and Meri keeps an eye on our mail for us, calling or emailing when something comes in that she thinks might be important. I have witnessed multiple customers being quite rude and the staff have comported themselves with professionalism and graciousness in the face of ablism, racism, entitlement, and just mean customers.”
