“Apparently, they are having phone issues. They called me back after I sent a web message. Thank you.
The unit has a code that gets changed often enough that the one I use is invalid. At such time I have to call to get the new one. Unfortunately, every time I call, it goes through the menu - press 1/2 for current customer, press 1/2 to speak with manager. When I press 2 to speak with a manager, it hangs up on me. Every time I have called ( at least 6 times) from different phone numbers.... and it isn't only at Waaga Way - I also tried to get ahold of the Fairgrounds location and it hung up on me as well. What's going on over there? If you're going to change the code, at least make it easy to retrieve. I'm very frustrated.”

“This was my first military pack out, my husband’s I think 5th? I was so nervous and didn’t know how I would be working from home, with our dog in my office with me, while our house was getting packed. Christa and Travis were PHENOMENAL. I was immediately put at ease when I saw how much they loved our dog they were so kind and understanding with me working and went out of their way to pack up rooms that were not by my office so they didn’t worry about making noise and then swip swapped when I was out of my office. They also emptied our guest room (a bed, a bed frame, and a really heavy dresser) in under 5 minutes so I wouldn’t have to worry when the movers come tomorrow so I will have an empty space to work. I cannot stress enough how incredible they were. I fully recommend! THANK YOU Christa and Travis!”

“I had a Go-Mini dropped at my home and then moved to a new property where it sat for several cold rainy months during a remodel. First the Go-mini driver in Bremerton is amazing at maneuvering the box for drop off and pick up. Secondly, the office people were organized and prompt in regards to bids, billing, questions, etc. Lastly, the box itself was reasonable and rock solid in terms of protecting the goods inside. We had some torrential downpours too. Go Mini is a solid value.”

“Easy access storage unit with a friendly staff. I was there to clean out a unit I acquired at auction. The staff was helpful and friendly. As with most storage places there are homeless people coming in and out. It looked like they had a shared unit to store things and to escape the elements. All involved were kind. There were both indoor and outdoor units.”
“This site is for storage only, uhaul boxes are stored in warehouse There are also traditional building storage units available. Spotless secure place to store your treasures.On site staff are very helpful and efficiently friendly. The warehouse is organized and is at a food prep level of clean. The sister store on 6th and Kitsap has a great selection all kinds of moving supplies. Staff at the supply store uhaul truck rental shop are also very competent and friendly. On their phone message says they are Bremerton’s favorite storage! No surprise as they are doing everything right.”
