Went in for an upgrade yesterday and both sales reps were nothing short of professional and helpful! I think her name is Elle but she especially really went the extra mile for me with getting my apps and photos to transfer from my old, broken phone to the new one and she got me on a plan that's going to save me money going forward! Absolutely awesome folks working here, would definitely recommend for any troubles you might have with your phone!

I had a wonderful experience. I was helped by Zach and they helped me figure out what I wanted to do with my phone and Samsung watch when I was debating between options and unsure what to do. They were nice and understanding and VERY patient with me while my data transfer took 2 hours ? It was a comfortable environment, it didn't feel like I walked into a huge retail Verizon store where all that matters is sales. It felt like they had my interest and budget in mind and worked with me. I'll definitely be back to this Verizon location, I recommend it ?? everyone is very nice!

Best Verizon Store I have ever been in!!!! Desi helped me and she honestly has the best customer service! So kind so patient. I had questions about how to lower my bill and she helped me. I am again disappointed in your Port Orchard Store by Fred Meyers. They didn’t explain anything. They told me I get a free watch with my phone and that was not true. So that way they could keep me tied down to Verizon!!! I am so irritated that you took away our employee discount from a outside business. I am mad that the guy was completely dishonest!! I have been a customer for years!! I will be coming back to this store and no others, unless you get rid of Desi then I’m done. She should get a raise and recognition for her hard work.
