“I ordered the BBS (Basic Breakfast Sandwich) — egg, cheddar, and sausage on an English muffin. She said it would be ready in five minutes. OMW is a nice little shop with friendly staff who offered me a few different hot sauces; I chose their verde to try later. The sandwich needed to be reviewed as-is.
The bun was unlike any English muffin I’ve seen, but the bread was good and the eggs were quality. Unfortunately, the house-made sausage was very bland—in fact, it tasted a bit odd. Price was $8 before tip. The OMW BBS might be my least favorite of the breakfast sandwiches I’ve tried. If I added Cajun spice, it might have been okay, but the sausage just didn’t do its job. “Kind of pricey but they literally have everything that you'll need as a smoker or one stop shop mostly but they employees there are kind of annoying cuz they hover over you even though everything that they have for sale is locked up in the case and you can't get it without them unlocking it so please stop bugging the customers there I'm looking at your large selection and need to make a decision without someone hovering over them pushing them and being pressuring them because that is a really bad user experience for someone who wants to buy and spend money”

“This feels like a bad dream I am extremely shocked in the way they treated me at this exchange. I kept telling the lady that I have documents proving I'm service connected but she didnt want to see the evidence. And wants to lie to the cos saying I showed her an expired ID. That Filipino lady was too stubborn to take a look because she didn't want to be proven wrong. I need to report this to their higher opps. And she wants to call the cops and 86 me”
“I’ve seen differing reports of the customer service. I found the cashier super helpful. I had no idea how to find the items I was looking for, and she patiently walked up and down the aisles looking them . When she couldn’t find one item, she offered to call the manager for help.
They had a very good price for the item I bought, about half what I had found it for on Amazon.
Be aware that the aisles are very crowded and narrow, not wheelchair accessible.
Overall, I have been very pleased with the customer service the two times I’ve been here, and with the prices”

“There open till 11 pm which after work or when the day runs late it is super convenient, The guys are personable and are quick and it's usually the same people they don't seem to have a high turn over, I never see cops there like I do at B&B market across the way! They will order your items if they don't carry just tell them. I've cashed in like 20 bucks in change before and they were way cool about it as actually said they can always use it. Prices are market competitive and it's a big store they carry as variety of things and it's spaced out not so tight and cluttered! Like the market across the way and way nicer overall that's probably why they don't get there windows broke out”

“I couldn’t imagine working for a more understanding, generous, incredible company. Am I pulling in the big bucks? No...but my job description doesn’t call for a high wage either. Yet the respect and treatment I get working with TCG is unmatched by any other company I’ve ever worked for. Everyone is treated with equal respect, from the top executive to the new hire, and there is no sense of “I’m better than you because I’m the boss/owner/CEO/Store Manager, etc.”TCG and the management staff puts family as one of its top priorities. Not only are we treated like family, they completely understand that their employees have a life outside of work with its own demands and obligations. I have a fairly “complicated” home situation. My manager is MORE than understanding and always willing to help arrange my work schedule around that so that it not only meets the needs of the company, but also so I get the most hours possible without too much disruption of the time I have with my children. She completely understands that childcare can be expensive, and with a job that doesn’t pay much more than minimum wage, finding an affordable solution can be a challenge. How many companies do you know of that understand and so generously work with your needs, rather than say “It’s not our problem, you’ll have to figure it out”?All I have to say is: I thoroughly appreciate the way TCG and the management team run this company, and I am incredibly grateful to be working with and for The Convenience Group!”
“I love this store, it's neat and clean, the service is excellent and the personnel rock. It's a place that loves their regulars and is open for making more people regulars. The store is up to date and has fresh food. You can get growlers and some pizza cooked at the store. There are many different Ale and Cider's pooted right there fresh from the tap. You can bring your own Growler Jog or buy one on site. There is no drinking on site, but you are allowed a small sample to find your favorite Draft Beer. Check them out you'll find it's a very relaxed and friendly environment with on task employees that are welcoming!”
“They have a cashier there that always makes me feel welcome. He’s always professional and I am really glad he’s at this location as it is close to my home.
I feel he deserves a raise if he has not had one because when I show up he makes me comfortable and he’s professional. There is another guy that I am uncomfortable with so I’m glad they are finding better people.
All I am trying to say is that owners should respect James and keep him long -term because he is an asset to the company.

“Store is great. Friendly crew. One of my favorite go to stops when I work in the evenings near there. However, Ridgefield is the city w/o stop signs. Beware of the never ending row of traffic circles. Some drivers never slow down for them don't care if your already going thru & will run you down.”
“Empire Market is under new ownership now and the two brothers running the place are awesome. We came in after the gas station up the street had no hot food and they took the time to heat us up some fresh chicken fingers & jojo’s. My boyfriend got new vapes as well as they have a 2 for $35 deal. Great guys and will definitely be back under the new owners!”

“Great store in a great little farm town. Owner is such a great guy, he used to own the Shell in Orchards, and now serves up the same great chicken strips, JoJo's, biscuits and gravy, etc. And it's great they still sell gas, since the other small store here got rid of their gas pumps for some reason, must be the new owner.”
