“I needed an extension on the 1 week I paid for because I was out of town. The girl at the front who answered said she saw my package and would put it on hold. It was registration and stickers for new RV.
I thought she was pulling my leg. Like I thought she was just saying that to appease me because they normally don't follow up on packages being there too long.
Turns out she was the person that helped me, she remembered the package and got it right away. She killed this guy's cynicism for a day. Thanks UPS store lady! :)”

“Lorelei (Lori) has helped me on numerous occasions mailing packages and always gives the best advice in terms of which service to use (cheapest is not always best!). She is very thoughtful and really makes the most out of every interaction. Just today I mentioned we were waiting on save the dates for our wedding and she sprang into action to be sure they'd have enough Love stamps on hand for when they arrive. This isn't even something I'd considered but Lori wasn't about to let standard Forever stamps spoil my beautiful cards! She is truly such a gem and a valued member of the Uptown community. “I show up early at 0730 because I work in the morning and have no time duri the day. They don't open until 8am so they have no obligations to open those doors until 8am. The guy working opens up at 0745 for me so I can pay for my package and be on my way to work. Now that is customer service!”

“When I walked into the store, the manager Tommy greeted me with a smile and a welcoming personality. I wasn't sure how I was going to ship my item; I had never done this before. Tommy was very informative on the options that were available to me to keep my item safe and ensure it got to its destination on time. I didn't feel demeaned or stupid for my lack of experience. Tommy was eager and professional in educating me through the whole process. He informed me that this was his main store that he works at. And even though I live closer to other FedEx drop off locations, I plan to use Tommy's store whenever I need to ship something.”
