I thought she was pulling my leg. Like I thought she was just saying that to appease me because they normally don't follow up on packages being there too long.
Turns out she was the person that helped me, she remembered the package and got it right away. She killed this guy's cynicism for a day. Thanks UPS store lady! :)”

She is very thoughtful and really makes the most out of every interaction. “When I walked into the store, the manager Tommy greeted me with a smile and a welcoming personality. I wasn't sure how I was going to ship my item; I had never done this before. Tommy was very informative on the options that were available to me to keep my item safe and ensure it got to its destination on time. I didn't feel demeaned or stupid for my lack of experience. Tommy was eager and professional in educating me through the whole process. He informed me that this was his main store that he works at. And even though I live closer to other FedEx drop off locations, I plan to use Tommy's store whenever I need to ship something.”
