Looking up how much a single piece of paper is to print on google gives you all sorts of options but this exceeded my expectations completely and was so affordable. She was professional, friendly, helpful and answered my several questions; I left the location feeling confident my needs were taken care of. I’ve visited a number of FedEx shipping locations over the years, and by far, this has been the best experience I’ve received in a very long time. Also, the next day, I called this location to inquire about document shredding services and process of shipping a banjo, and this time Kim helped answer my questions over the phone in a positive, kind, and professional manner… the team at this location is definitely doing customer service the right way! She is very thoughtful and really makes the most out of every interaction. Just today I mentioned we were waiting on save the dates for our wedding and she sprang into action to be sure they'd have enough Love stamps on hand for when they arrive. This isn't even something I'd considered but Lori wasn't about to let standard Forever stamps spoil my beautiful cards! She is truly such a gem and a valued member of the Uptown community. Please consider paying her a visit before you go to a more corporate shipping company.”

“Every staff member at this location is fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and kind. They'll balance taking their time with you to ensure your questions are answered with moving the line along so everyone is helped quickly. The only downside is the parking out front, which is horrible for the entire strip mall and has nothing to do with UPS. Be very careful in the parking lot. It's just poorly designed.”
