I had a problem with my phone where it broke and couldn't get access to any of my settings , wifi , Sim nothing and needed to switch my data from that phone to a previous phone I had. So I couldn't conduct business on my phone like make calls use the internet and my banking access long story short went in to the At&t location and Brandon & Juan were total professional sweet hearts not only were they knowledgeable of my phone's needs they were courteous friendly timely and gave me there their undivided attention like I was the only customer even though it wasn't true they made feel like I had an appointment to see them not as if I was just walking in thank you and you solved my phones issues for right now Thanks Also Thank you so so much Ms. Jayla for a previous time you helped me with my phone issue I said I would drop u a good rating and never got around to doing it you were way way to amazing courteous open to helping me words can't explain how appreciated you were to me that day and thought I can't leave you out in a good shout out of your greatness again Thanksl

I was having trouble with my phone. I walked into the AT&T store in Burien on 146th St & 1st Ave and the service was great. The guy that helped was super helpful and told me about an opportunity to upgrade my phone. I was in a bit of a hurry and he could sense that. He didn’t pressure me, but did let me know that he was ready to help me with either good information or an upgrade in equipment.
I liked that, i think this will be the place I upgrade all the phones for my family.

Mannn, guys i use to have service with T-mobile and i went to AT-T in hopes to close my services with T-Mobile. As soon as i walked in i was greeted with kindness by a sweet person named Jayla. I told her my situation and she was quick to help me switch over to At-T. Even suggested I get a new phone. I was worried i couldn't switch over with a locked phone but jayla showed me what AT-T had to offer… one of the best sales rep I’ve seen in awhile.

I had an incredible experience with Jayla at AT&T. She went above and beyond to help me with my billing issue and was patient and thorough in explaining everything. Her technical knowledge is impressive and she quickly resolved my connectivity problems, and I left feeling much more informed and satisfied.
