“There is a person at this H&R block that truly stands out and made me feel welcome and relaxed about filing multiple years of taxes at once. The other office then moved my appointment to this H&R block. I just lucked out that Tracy was my tax prep individual. She made light conversation to relax the situation, even cracked a few jokes with me. She walked through my earlier filed taxes, pointed out the problem areas in a way the gave me a basic understanding of what I needed to correct.
