The app is so amazing I can connect my credit cards and see everything from one app now, better interest rates on my accounts and no overdraft fees (sometimes I screw up and my old bank refused to decline transactions for insufficient funds and would instead just charge me $30 every time it happened)

The rates are pretty competitive. It’s nice to be able to call and have a human that you can ask questions to on the other end. The whole experience feels more personal and genuine as opposed to the big banks.”

Even though the branch was down two employees, Sandy took our group in and notarized nearly a dozen documents for us. “Very lovely experience! I was about to get my passport photo taken across the street and needed some cash. My BECU app found this Harborstone CU location across the street from the passport agency. I stopped by and immediately greeted by the teller. I didn’t realize that I could get cash from a teller as a BECU member. I thought I could only use their in-network ATM. As I’m waiting for the teller to collect my cash, I realized that my lips were kinda dry. I was trying my luck to see if she had any chapstick swags that she could give away… and to my surprise.. she had a whole bag! She gave me two to takeaway! Sorry I forgot the name of the teller.. but really want to say thank you!! She changed my kinda bad day into a very lovely day!🙏🏾”

Home Guard Exteriors (Rick McKee ) contracted to put a new roof on our home. He secured a loan with you for $32,000. At the time of signing the papers, unbeknown to me, he had my disabled daughter sign a work completed paper. The loan was signed on June 21 and on June 24th he filed the completion form. His intention was to never put a roof on our home and it was a scam from the beginning. We have a court order of fraud and was awarded their bond of $12,000. You cannot take the tile off and put a new roof on in 3 days. I see there is another suit being filed In Oregon City. How many loans has Rick gotten for you? I am 94 and my daughter is 68 and this is all I have to leave to take care of her. I FEEL WE DONOT OWE THIS LOAN AS IT WAS PLACED UNDER FALSE CONDITIONS and that you were as much a part of the scam as Rick McKeen. This is very serious and we DO NOT HAVE A ROOF. “Like Sra. Chula above (below? Who knows, lol) I have been with CFCU as my primary banker for a very, very long time. I have always received professional and friendly assistance in anything I've ever needed.
Their fraud dept. recently flagged and notified me of suspicious pending transactions in real time. Yep, fraud. They not only stopped those, but then went back to research previous transactions that maybe hadn't been flagged initially. Found 1 from a month earlier had gone through, and again asked me about it. Yep, fraud. They immediately gave me a temp credit for that amount, and then a month later notified me that they had successfully recovered the entire amount. Cheers for exceptional work!

“This is my first time working with OCCU, I have a new car loan, and my experience working with OCCU has been outstanding! The stress that comes with a first time loan, especially dealing with automotive, was so overwhelming. I called to get set up with e-statements and spoke with, Mel, who was an absolute joy to speak with and super helpful. Then I had more questions and called back and spoke with, Rose; who was not only amazing to speak to, but she shared with me all the unnecessary add ons, service contracts and fees added to my loan, that should not have been there! She talked me through each item, worked through all the math, helped me understand in very simple and clear to understand language, giving me all I needed to know and more!
