“Very lovely experience! I was about to get my passport photo taken across the street and needed some cash. My BECU app found this Harborstone CU location across the street from the passport agency. I stopped by and immediately greeted by the teller. I didn’t realize that I could get cash from a teller as a BECU member. I thought I could only use their in-network ATM. As I’m waiting for the teller to collect my cash, I realized that my lips were kinda dry. I was trying my luck to see if she had any chapstick swags that she could give away… and to my surprise.. she had a whole bag! She gave me two to takeaway! Sorry I forgot the name of the teller.. but really want to say thank you!! She changed my kinda bad day into a very lovely day!🙏🏾”
“I had what I thought was a simple issue that turned out to be more complex than anyone thought, and everyone, from the concierge staff member to the manager, were all very kind and patient with me. There was a once-in-a-blue-moon computer glitch that had me all frustrated, and their team was just the best at helping to sort it all out.

“We've had an Alaska account for over 15 years now. We only go to the branch every 3-6 months so aren't the most knowledgeable about this branch, but never have had a problem. Tellers have always been friendly, and had to pull out some fairly large amounts for down payments, etc, and they've always had enough on hand. Had a jumbo money market account that didn't have very high interest, but was something and was easy to setup. Eventually moved elsewhere to get higher yields. Would be more convenient if there were more locations but can't win them all..”

“On Nov 8 I wrote a letter to you with no response so I am trying this.
Home Guard Exteriors (Rick McKee ) contracted to put a new roof on our home. He secured a loan with you for $32,000. At the time of signing the papers, unbeknown to me, he had my disabled daughter sign a work completed paper. The loan was signed on June 21 and on June 24th he filed the completion form. His intention was to never put a roof on our home and it was a scam from the beginning. We have a court order of fraud and was awarded their bond of $12,000. You cannot take the tile off and put a new roof on in 3 days. I see there is another suit being filed In Oregon City. How many loans has Rick gotten for you? I am 94 and my daughter is 68 and this is all I have to leave to take care of her. I FEEL WE DONOT OWE THIS LOAN AS IT WAS PLACED UNDER FALSE CONDITIONS and that you were as much a part of the scam as Rick McKeen. This is very serious and we DO NOT HAVE A ROOF. Please respond this time and forgive this loan. Loan #271932. Jean Johnson”

“Amazing service! Even the online representatives are friendly and capable, though I know they are from a different branch. The bank is well-designed, and the location is pretty centric (there is a Kitanda next to it, where some might find the blender noises distracting, but I didn't find it too bad).
I wanted a more local bank to refinance my car after moving from out of state. What seemed like a hard task with my previous bank, WSECU made so easy. They handled the harder tasks—registering the car, getting the title, and sending the check to the other bank—while I only had to provide some documents, which were easily obtainable, and sign some papers.
Shoutout to Atlas! Atlas helped me with the last of my vehicle documents and was incredibly helpful. I ended up staying a few minutes longer because they caught an error, saving me from many future headaches. They also provided me with a debit card, which was printed out in less than five minutes!
So far, I'm VERY happy with WSECU!”

“Always receive friendly, great service but getting to the one person in the enclosed office is 50/50. The second desk is the reason for the star off. It is as private at the Starbucks walk up counter just no coffee.
Even the contact your teller on the ATM seems quite exposed.

BECU is top tier when it comes to loans. A bit lacking for the HYSA department but still pretty good.
The bad reviews are someone bringing in a bad $100 bill and complaining about parking. How long are you guys spending in the bank? Are we 60 years old? Are you lackadaisically carrying your rolls of pennies to cashier's desk or what?
