“Today Feb 5, we went in for the vaccination per our appointment. We were concerned about long lines because my 90 year old father can't stand long. However, when we got to the front entrance, the lady who was in charge of taking /checking temperatures for each person was so helpful. She brought out a wheelchair and helped my father into it, then guided us to the next step.After the shot, everyone was asked to sit down for 15 minutes. During this time, the doctors were on standby to make sure we were all okay and didn't have some immediate side effects. While waiting, we were so impressed and thankful to the doctors and staff who all went the extra mile to provide great care.We want to thank the entire CHI Franciscan staff, the front entrance, the front desk, register, nurses, and doctors. Your kindness and professionalism means a lot to us and to everyone there. Also, thank you for handing us the Vaccine record cards with our second shot appointment reminder. This is very helpful!
