“Quick, easy, very friendly and knowledgeable! We had so questions about how much we needed and they helped us with that. But when loading the rock he ended up putting one kind on top of another when we brought tarps to keep them separated. So unloading has not been fun... But a great place if you need a lot of material.”

“10/10 for all things Christmastime! We were looking for nearby spots to take our 1.5 year old to see Santa and the "Burien Mom's Group" on Facebook suggest ZHN. We had never been before. Had no expectations and had a hard time finding out details aside from days/times Santa would be there. Showed up (first weekend in Dec) and NO ONE was there for Santa, zero line. We took our time, Santa gave our daughter a candy cane. Photos are free, taken on your phone, but donations are encouraged and go towards the City. The set up is gorgeous (better than a mall) and Santa was the real thing! It was so lovely to not stress with a crowd and waiting and being rushed. They also let your kiddo choose a free Xmas book from a library of donated books. We then wandered around, picked out ornaments (their selection is honestly unbeatable and worth stopping by just to browse). Went back for a second visit today for our tree! Prices for a locally-owned nursery are SO reasonable (trees, ornaments, etc). Santa was there again, no line, but our daughter didn't want to visit him again haha. Even so, they gave us chocolate chip cookies and another free Xmas book! Everyone that works at the nursery is insanely nice and helpful. Literally greeting you as you enter. My husband and I are SO happy we found this gem.”

They were able to order the specific grill and model that I wanted to get. The grill arrived in one week which was way faster than I thought it would be. Bob called me every step of the way and also made sure that my boyfriend and I were confident in our purchase. Upon picking up the grill, we realized that our car was a little too small. No problems there because a gentleman named Kenny at Mclendons offered to deliver the grill for us the same evening. We paid for the delivery which I also thought was very reasonable. “I purchased a carpet to have it installed from home depot. The brand was hom solution. The quality of the carpet from hom solution brand was excellent but the team was a hard one to deal with.
Adelle and her team at the flooring department at home depot helped expedite and had my back dealing with the third party installers. They even went above and beyond to offer compensation for the trouble we had to get it installed.
Despite of the trouble my wife and I went through I would go back there again knowing home depot has excellent services.”
“I ordered an oversized mirror and had it sent to this location. Ted from delivery was SOOO helpful in getting my mirror loaded up in my vehicle. The mirror was very large and would not fit. He went above and beyond by using his own personal rope to help me get the mirror in and securely tied down. “I'm Happy! Tropical Canna plants finally arrived, after an early cold Spring. Called yesterday and was connected to Dennis in the Garden Department at the Tukwila store. He was very pleasant, and as he was walking through the yard, asked other sales agents for the Tropical Canna. Excitedly, he informed me they had "lots" of them and remarked, yes, beautiful red leaves. I was in the store an hour later; purchased 6 (and other plants!) This year, all the plants looked healthy!! “This is a lovely down home plant nursery. There is a ton to see, including a mini river with ducks in it. There are plants of all shapes and sizes and some unique things that maybe I haven’t seen other places and then all the stuff you can get normally here in the Pacific Northwest. There is an indoor shop as well. The staff is super kind and available to help outand get you the best price. Prices seem to be in the reasonable range. There’s usually parking and wagons for you to load up all your plant goods on.”

“On Thursday I saw one of the highest level of customer service I've seen in my life from an employee named Melody. She was by herself at the self-checkout lane and it was crowded with customers. A Russian old man that doesn't speak any English at all have her occupied at the water tank area, at the same time 3 out of 4 of the customer in the checkout lane where waiting for employee assistance. The old man dragged it long enough that I can already see the level of impatient on the other customer's faces. I can tell one of them is already mad and is ready to complain as soon as she returns. After the old man was helped out, I watched Melody returns to the self checkout lane with zero frustration on her face, instead she approached the customer that seems the maddest with a smile warm enough that it's impossible for anyone to explode on. None of those customer ends up giving her any problems and I watch the lane gets emptyed out under the help of her professionalism.”

I'm so glad I don't have to drive down to southcenter which is way too busy of a location to get in and out of, especially since they're close to the Costco. Thank God for the rent location”
