“I drive by this shop almost everyday and have been meaning to stop in. I'm so glad I finally did! It is SUPER cute! The plants were so healthy and I loved the cute decor. Everyone was very helpful and friendly and answered all my questions. I was excited to hear they also now have cold storage and can do flower bouquets. Now I need to find an occasion to order one... or maybe just because. :-) I'll definitely be back to this adorable neighborhood plant and flower shop in Wallingford.”

“I love this shop! When you first enter it feels like a plant wonderland. They have a good variety of plants with good prices compared to other shops. Their plants look very well taken care of, this is the only shop where i’ve purchased plants and have not had any issues with pests so far. They also have an adorable store dog! I recommend stopping by this place whether you’re into plants or not. It’s super fun!”

“What a wonderful shop! I finally visited after passing the store on my daily commute and could kick myself for not going in sooner. The plant variety is exceptional, the prices reasonable, and the customer service was top tier! Thank you!”

“Excellent selection of high quality tools. I bought a double headed hand pick/hoe, and a FANTASTIC garden shovel. It is uniquely designed to maximize mechanical advantage which is important for older gardeners like me who have diminished leg strength. I now am able to return to working in the garden; doing chores I had given up on! THANKS for your wonderful merch!”

“My favorite weekend treat is to grab a coffee and swing through the Plant Store to see what new and interesting plants they have in stock. Always great conversation and so knowledgeable about all things plants. Oh, and the classes! Highly, highly recommend! Seriously one of the (not so hidden anymore) gems of the city!”

“The best nursery! Wonderful selection of plants, trees, and fruits/vegetables for your garden. The staff is super kind. Grateful to have them in Magnolia. They also have a newsletter that’s worth subscribing to. It’s thoughtfully done and really informative, and unlike other various company emails, I always look forward to opening it. They clearly love what they do!”

“I had a small issue with my flower order, as the bouquet that was originally delivered was not the arrangement I had ordered. I called the florist to ask about it and provide some feedback, and they were incredibly kind and helpful. They confirmed that the wrong order had accidentally been sent and corrected it at no additional cost. I really appreciate how responsive and professional they were. They thanked me for reaching out and giving them the opportunity to correct the mistake, which I really appreciated. The delivery was also prompt, and the customer service was excellent. Mistakes can happen, but it’s how a business handles them that really makes a difference. I’m very happy with how they handled everything and would definitely recommend them!”

“I recently had the pleasure of ordering from this store and I gotta say, it's probably the most positive online transaction (including the pitfalls) that I have ever had regarding plant purchasing and shipping! Shout out to Giselle, the queen of positivity and master of 'let's make it work'! I ordered a wishlist plant and added some rescues, when it came time to fulfill my order, the store didn't have a plant that met their full price standards, so they offered to refund or exchange it. I called because I *really* wanted the one plant and got to speak with Giselle. She was all in and went on the hunt through their massive inventory for a rescue version of my plant, found it, adjusted the total bill to reflect it. Not done yet, she then added the additional 'rescue' plants I had ordered, which are hardly rescues at all!!! One arrived gorgeous, perfect, and flowering! And the shipping..... YES. The plants were shipped mostly dry which for me is the golden buzzer always. Wet plants don't ship well. AND each plant was packed like a first time mom sending her 2 year old out into 6 feet of snow 😅 Absolutely nothing was going to damage those plants 😁 Definitely a new loyal customer here. Thank you Giselle!!!!”

“WOW! Eben at the Seattle Woodcraft location is the kind of person who makes an excellent customer service experience worth sharing. I called on a Saturday about an issue that most likely wasn’t even Woodcraft’s responsibility. I was frustrated and didn’t expect anything to happen until Monday. Eben listened, stayed friendly, and committed to helping me. He took my number and promised to call back—and he did! He had found a solution but explained that it would probably take until Monday to finish everything. Then, a little later that same day, he called again. He had already figured it out and was ready to finalize the transaction and get me taken care of. I’m intentionally leaving out the product and problem details because Eben’s effort and follow-through are what deserve the recognition. He listened, kept his word, and went well beyond what I expected. I’ve always received good help at Seattle Woodcraft, but this experience stood out. Eben is a solid guy who clearly cares about taking care of his customers. Thank you, Eben!!”

“I purchased a carpet to have it installed from home depot. The brand was hom solution. The quality of the carpet from hom solution brand was excellent but the team was a hard one to deal with. Adelle and her team at the flooring department at home depot helped expedite and had my back dealing with the third party installers. They even went above and beyond to offer compensation for the trouble we had to get it installed. Despite of the trouble my wife and I went through I would go back there again knowing home depot has excellent services.”

“This was my first time trying curbside pickup, and it went well. However, I feel like I'm spending way too much money at this place. It would be nice if it could go back to being Kmart and Food Giant; I feel like I spent less there.”

“Jim in the paint department was an absolute life saver today. I limped in covered in paint spray and desperate for a better plan to finish the project I was in the middle of. He did a fantastic job of talking me through an array of options, including the pros and cons of each, and I left with a $30 solution that actually worked. You can't beat informed, professional, support. Next time I need something, this Home Depot is at the top of my list. Thank you, Jim!”

“Power tool rentals are in the back left of the gardening section of Home Depot. I rented power tools to mount my TV & sound bar. The tools were in ok condition & good quality. They don’t rent drill bits, but I was able to buy some in the main store.”

“I ordered an oversized mirror and had it sent to this location. Ted from delivery was SOOO helpful in getting my mirror loaded up in my vehicle. The mirror was very large and would not fit. He went above and beyond by using his own personal rope to help me get the mirror in and securely tied down. I'm a single woman and I don't have family locally to help me so this really meant a lot to me and made my night. Thank you so much Ted for your awesome customer service!”

“We were helping my daughter put together her new bedframe. One of the screws would not go in. It turns out they forgot to tap that particular hole to receive a screw. I took the part and the screw to this Home Depot. The person in tools determined the size of the screw and pointed me to the appropriate tap and tap handle. I successfully used these and we were able to finish assembling the bed frame. Excellent customer service!”
