“Sam (mgr) and her team (particularly copying staff Fiona, Manu) are consistently personable, welcoming, informative, kind and efficient. One is welcomed into the store by at least one staff member every time and bid goodbye on exit. There is truly a culture of care in attending to customers needs. This is the closest business supply and copy place to my clinic. I visit multiple times a month and recently did a big printing job for the holidays for my patients. Even when things go a lil sideways, the staff is dedicated to put everything right and do so with grace and care. Grateful you're close.”

“Brian went above and beyond to help me navigate the confusing process of creating an international return shipping label on the computer onsite. He even took the time to double check the visa center’s instructions email and caught an important mistake I had made! To make sure everything went smoothly, he also printed backup copies of the label and invoice so there wouldn’t be any hiccups when the visa center sends my documents back! I really appreciated his patience, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile. Thank you so much, Brian!”
