Currently have my 04 Jeep into them for a Pressure sensor replacement and full service on the automatic transmission. Really enjoy working with Gary as he is an old school muscle car guy. He is honest and upfront and I highly recommend them for any transmission issues you might have.”

“Went to Rairdon's in Burien to look for a newer vehicle. Josh was first out the door, asking if I was willing to trade my '04 Element. I told him that was the plan! We looked at several cars, I loved the little Honda Fit, but was crammed in like a sardine. I ended up choosing a pre-owned certified Honda CRV. While the guys at Rairdon are pretty young, they really tried their best to provide excellent customer service. At Honda Burien, Jasmine was professional and super helpful. Over all, I would recommend giving these guys a chance.”

“I have always hoped for an auto mechanic I can trust and rely on, and Richard at Burien Auto Repair is exactly that. Richard is extremely knowledgable and loves to share his knowledge with his clients so they better understand their car. Most recently, I had a leak in my vehicle so brought it in, Richard quickly showed me that the water was due to a clogged drain on my sun roof, then proceeded to show me how it should work (the left side of the card) and then what mine was doing (where the water was coming in). He cleared the drain and then showed me how it was working again properly. He didn't even charge me for his time or explanation- this is a true testament of someone who genuinely cares about their clients and equipping them with knowledge. I have also used Richard to fix my trunk mechanics and a few other maintenance issues and he has always been extremely helpful, straight forward, and trust worthy. Richard will tell you the truth, give you options, and let you decide, he won't try to up-sell you on services you don't need or confuse you- he offers everything you want in a mechanic PLUS his kind and helpful demeanor make him a top choice when picking out where to take your car. “Went in for a car inspection and it wasn’t too busy. However, the front desk folks were busy so I waited for a couple of minutes. After the wait, the gal told me I had to get a tire inflator kit bc the city of Seattle requires it for Teslas - since the car doesn’t have a spare tire.After I went to auto zone, the place was packed and there was only one parking spot left. I was expecting to have to wait a long time beyond the 20 mins the website says it would take for the inspection. Fortunately, it was only 40 mins. The inspection was a breeze.Given the circumstances, this place is great. It’s probably busy for a reason.Oh the price was VERY REASONABLE. it was better than the 2 other places I got a quote.”
