Everyone was friendly and polite. I can’t believe I’ve been going to the Firestone instead. They’ve made a permanent customer out of me.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Lamorna Garage. I was visiting Seattle from out of town and they were kind enough to fit me in on short notice to check my Land Rover Discovery. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. They did a very thorough inspection and truly went above and beyond. “I had an absolutely outstanding experience at the Alfa Romeo and Maserati of Seattle dealership, and I can’t say enough about the incredible team there.
From the moment I arrived, Jeff, the service writer, set the tone. He greeted me warmly right out front, took care of my vehicle with professionalism, and immediately made me feel welcomed and valued. He then introduced me to Kimm at the front desk, who was exceptionally kind and thoughtful—she even offered to hold onto my backpack so I wouldn’t have to carry it around. That simple gesture spoke volumes about the level of care and attention they give their customers.
Jeff also introduced me to Tino, the General Manager, who was generous with his time and hospitality. He walked me through the showroom, shared some rich history about Alfa Romeo and the dealership, and made the whole experience feel personal and memorable.
A special thank you to Romar, who provided transportation for me to and from Pike Place Market. He was kind, generous with his time, and made the entire process feel relaxed and seamless. Because of him, I was able to enjoy my day with complete confidence that I was in good hands.
My day ended with Alyssa, the service advisor who walked me through everything going on with my vehicle. She took the time to clearly explain what my car needed and how to get it back to excellent condition. I never once felt rushed—only informed, respected, and genuinely welcomed.
From start to finish, this dealership embodies excellence, hospitality, and true customer care. If you’re in the market for an Alfa Romeo or a Maserati, I would highly recommend this dealership. I left not only satisfied with the service, but genuinely uplifted by every person I encountered.
