completely insane the amount these places try and charge for a simple phone case and screen protector. Did a u turn as soon as the store employee told me $115.00 for a simple plastic phone case and screen protector.

Maybe others had better experiences than I had here.I asked the on shift staff if they could help with my phone, a S 22 Ultra. The staff said they had no clue how to help me. Which, fine I get with some phones, but this is the flagship phone for Samsung, not a relic or an unknown platform.Towards the end conversation another employee walked in and the Individual I was speaking to didn't ask the other staff if they knew anything.Usually I've had no issues using the different version locations in fact have had great experiences else where, but with that I'm going to go back to using the other version locations, even though the drive is greater in distance. Also, now that I have seen the other end of the spectrum, I will give those places 5 star reviews.

The Customer service line was really slow but one of the employees was really helpful it was the young Mexican looking guy so that's cool that he was helpful

Guy hustled the couple before us and for two lines and added a bunch of accessories that he convinced them to buy so they ended up paying half a grand. Then when he tried to do the same to us, we've shut him down pretty quick, and he definitely got irritated with it. We felt like we were buying a used car at a shady car lot. This store is a no for us.

Super professional, efficient and knowledgeable Josiah.Recommend staffing to 2 persons during busy hours, to allow each customer an efficient process. One staff person cannot do this alone when more than 2 customers are needing service.

Excellent customer service but I was charged extra for purchasing sim/add plan at the store. Corporate store & customer care confirmed that without additional service (transfer of data or other stuff with new phone) from the store & for selling only sim/adding plan doesn't result additional fee i.e, it should only be activation fee & plan fee. I was decived, disappointed, they lack transparency, and I recommend people to do business at Verizon corporate store only.

My services hasn’t been making me too happy. I spoke with Chris at Verizon and he had me ready to go with a new sim really quickly. He guided me how to get the correct information he needed to transfer my number and keep my phone. Leslie and Posey also provided support the entire time.

Service was excellent! Friendly, informative and fast. Edgar and Posey are both really good at customer service and their jobs. Never been to this location but will certainly be back. Great experience and my new phone is amazing

I had received a replacement I phone and was trying to transfer my data from my original phone to the new one. It was very frustrating and I feared I had lost my pictures and contacts. I went into the Verizon Store pretty flustered. Edgar was the only associate working so he helped me along with a few other people. He was very calm, attentive, professional and knowledgeable. He made sure that all my information was backed up before transferring it to the new phone. He dealt with a very upset elderly women with great kindness and did all he could to help her out as well as a few other customers. Edgar is a great asset to Verizon and even convinced me to buy an Apple Watch. I appreciate all his efforts and will look to him again when I have any phone needs.
