“Ben Richards Fabrication LLC did a wonderful job replacing my muffler, resonator, and damaged exhaust pipe. I have a 2014 Subaru Impreza sedan that sustained some damage to the exhaust (6" clearance on the vehicle). Also, the muffler was a bit noisy from a modification done by a previous owner. Ben Richards Fabrication gave me a good price (welded on a a new muffler rather than installing a more expensive bolt-on attachment). My primary complaint is that they could have confirmed scope with me before moving forward. (We had discussed the scope, but I would have liked to have given the go ahead before they started.)”

The shop was clean and the equipment was state of the art and appeared well maintained.The man I spoke with seemed to really know his stuff. He immediately knew what the radiator was for. He gave me a breakdown on options for repair comparing cost with warranty and construction methods and materials.I'll definitely be bringing any future repairs here.”

“I ordered a Brand new vehicle that was supposed to be here in December 2023 Chris Chiba my sales man called to let me know that it will be here earlier which was awesome. Drove up to Foothills to start the buying process which was smooth and hassle free on their part. I've read some reviews about this place and it seems bad However, for me personally the car buying process from start to finish was a NO pressure and ALL about TRANSPARENCY . I 100% would recommend buying again from them. If anyone thinks about buying a vehicle from them I'd recommend seeing Chris Chiba(salesman). “If I could 6 stars I would. My 08 Sienna had a healthy power steering leak out of rack and pinion and the PS pump. I had planned a trip out of town for the Labor Day weekend, found out Wed prior of the leak. Arranged w Les Schwab to have work done, they balked, called Jon Evans on Thursday, they took care of the repair, new pump, new OEM reman rack, aligned, and air filter for less than the independent quotes. That is not a normal scenario. Van drives great, no more leaks, and OEM parts, fluids, and service. By far the best dealership service experience I have ever had, Jon and the team saved my Labor Day weekend! Thanks Jon and Team!”

They were booked weeks out but took the time to listen to my problem and gave me a workaround using my jumper cable to pull in my slide and bring in levelers.Once I could move to a plugin he continued returning texts and I was able to get repaired within the week.”
“Just purchased a 2024 MX5 Club. Live in Seattle, called them up, they (Derek G, who is a very friendly sales manager) placed the custom order for me online to my liking and worked we me on a fair price - I didnt have to make the trip up there. Once the car arrived they sent me a credit app at home, so when I went there all I had to do was sign the papers and drive off with the beautiful car on a sunny Sunday evening. Derek kindly showed me the Mazda connect app and gave me a few infotainment tips and tricks that helped speed things up! 10/10 experience. Make sure to enjoy Chukanut drive on your way out with your new car - I did and it was terrific”
“Amazing place honestly. The staff is polite and let my wife and I browse the lot without coming to get in our faces, like what happened to us at another lot that day. When we had a question, we approached them and they were able to talk to us very quickly. We described what we were looking for, what we were considering, what wouldn't work for us, and our financial situation. Not only did they take all those factors into consideration, they worked hard to get us an AMAZING rate on a new Subaru Crosstrek. Heck, we had purchased the car and were about to leave the lot, and they run out to catch us before we go, telling us they made one more call and got us an even better rate. They didn't have to do that extra work just for us, but we greatly appreciated it. They explained all the services and functions they could provide, worked with us, no hard sell, and all parties left the deal quite happy I believe. Definitely visit here if you're looking for a Subaru.”

“Had some body work done through USAA Insurance. They did a great job for that. While I was checking out, they mentioned a missing part that would help with stability of some other parts of the vehicle, so I am having them do a bit more work independently from the insurance claim.
