My packages are not being delivered. First package they said they tried but business was closed, we live in a house & were home. Then they switched it to I requested a hold, which I didn’t. I called FedEx and on my 3rd call spoke to a person, they said they will change it and my package will be delivered. Well I haven’t received my 1st package and I also have a 2nd package that should have been delivered yesterday but wasn’t, it says I requested a hold but once again, I didn’t….. Now they have 2 packages of mine and I don’t know how to get them to deliver them.

Have package from east coast shipping to Burlington, WA. 10 days ago it was listed as arriving in Tacoma, WA. That is about 100 miles away. There is no indication of a departure. Fed ex phone support will not let me talk to an agent. Stuck in a loop that says package is on its way.

How are you Going to have a distribution center but no way to drop off a package. How are you going to force your customers to go to CVS and Walgreens to drop off a package? Especially when it needed to be overnighted and all those other places were picked up early so there was no possible way to send my package out in time. How is a business not going to have a main number and every number sends you to some dude in some other state or some other country who's unable to help you.

My order has been out for delivery every single day for over a week and has not been delivered. It’s a large package so I’m pretty sure the driver is just too lazy to lift it. The tracking map even shows the driver driving right by my house multiple times a day. They said my order isn’t eligible for self pick up at FedEx because it’s on a delivery truck….so what do I do? I would have picked up my package in my truck a week ago if I’d had the choice.
The last package they delivered was dumped by my mailbox on the busy street in the pouring rain. My covered front porch was 20ft away. Beyond lazy.
FedEx is the worst, but everyone already knows that. Customer service doesn’t answer.

I get that weather gets in the way but the fact that there is absolutely nobody at the warehouse on a Saturday so I can pick it up is irratating. Expecially a car part. Ups makes up driveway with snow no problem but FedEx don’t got the 🍒 apparently. UPS win’s everyday. Wish I could select who delievers but whatever

Horrible service. They are not reliable. 4 orders in a row from Chewy have been messed over p by them . They say they are delivering by a certain time and that time passes. Then I get an email saying it’s delayed and they need a correct address. Chewy has my correct address. FedEx is inept and I’m going to have to get my pet food another way because fedex is incapable of delivering it.

FedEx are a bunch of liars and idiots that can’t do their job! This is the second time they’ve screwed me over and cost me money.delivery date Friday,never showed up.no text no email! New delivery date Saturday between 9:40-1:40 never showed up but online says they tried to deliver.thats a lie because one,my package does not require a signature so if they tried then why wasnt my package delivered? And I was home! I will be filing a claim and complaint with corporate and going on social media to let everyone know FedEx is a bunch of incompetent liars!

A little complicated, they don’t give you an accurate time when waiting for a package that have to be signed. 9:00am-9:00pm.

Fedex is one of the worst shipping services possible. Using their tracking and order management is a literal nightmare despite the fact that all of that should be 100% automated at this point. Nothing on their website functions properly and there are error messages for almost every conceivable action. How a multibillion dollar company gets away with such atrocious service is disgusting. Don't even start on actually getting customer service as it seems like the entire system is set up to prevent that.
