The definition of incompetence. Loading the same package day in an day out for 10 days straight without delivering hoping it will take care of itself. Throw in the towel, guys.

Worst customer service ever. Missing 1 of 4 packages and they tell me it's in transit and then they tell me I need to contact the shipper. Like, no, it yalls fault I haven't received the last package.

5 days of waiting for my package. Most recent--they broke it and are sending it back to the shipper. My recourse--contact shipper who will send it by Fedex. Rinse, repeat....

Unfortunately no option for zero stars.
I ordered something and paid $50 extra for overnight delivery because I needed it urgently. They got the package but pushed the delivery to over three days later, FedEx refused to refund my overnight charged too.

I am not sure what is going on with FedEx here, but it is very unreliable and unprofessional. I have considered asking to be put on their no-ship list to avoid having to deal with these issues. Today is 10/20, so for a few days now this package went on and off the truck...then they just stopped even caring enough to update the tracking info. So we have no idea if they even have it anymore, when it will be delivered, and customer service is of no help. They have one job: put the boxes in a truck and delivery it. USPS, UPS, DHL, etc... never seem to have these issues.

Regularly will mark stuff delivered, with no photo, 1-3 days before the package is actually dropped off. Boxes consistently crushed and mishandled. Awful customer service.

If I could rate a zero I would. Impossible to get a live agent in the UNITED STATES & even more impossible to find out any actual factual information about your shipment the only response you will get is a script answer from someone overseas!! "I understand Mam" is all they can say pathetic

Several customers have called us complaining that FedEx was stating they tried to deliver their firearms to us while we were open, with the driver stating that no one was at the business. We tried calling and the representative just kept saying that we should put or business hours in the delivery instructions.
