Tired of being off shored to India etc for Geek help. Resolved my issues with local provider even as I have Geek Squad benefits. Shame on you Best Buy !!!!!!!!!!!

After spending 2 hours on the call line for a broken backlight repair and getting disconnected, I get told to go into the store to set up the appointment. I walk into the store and get told that I have to book appointments through the phone and he won't talk to me since he's too busy. Great customer service!

Didn't have an appointment so had to return once I had . Wasn't much help on my issue the 1st visit. 2nd visit was helpful

My iPhone was experiencing a known issue that Apple had warned customers about and I took my phone to Geek Squad hoping they could fix it. 4 hours later, we found out it could not be fixed and Apple demanded it be sent in for a week before I could get a replacement. Geek Squad went above and beyond to try everything to fix the issue for me. They provided amazing customer service, and kept me updated through the whole process. I ended up having to buy a new phone, but no fault on Geek Squad. Will be returning if I have any other electronic device issues, despite the 45 minute drive.
