Tired of being off shored to India etc for Geek help. Resolved my issues with local provider even as I have Geek Squad benefits. Shame on you Best Buy !!!!!!!!!!!

After spending 2 hours on the call line for a broken backlight repair and getting disconnected, I get told to go into the store to set up the appointment. I walk into the store and get told that I have to book appointments through the phone and he won't talk to me since he's too busy. Great customer service!
