Ed was a breath of fresh air as I was expecting a high-pressure salesman and he was nothing like that. He had extensive knowledge on the 4Runners and was very helpful in explaining the differences between each model. We told him we were going to come back the next day to make the purchase and he didn’t try to hold us hostage like some dealerships will do the moment you try to leave without a purchase. I came back the next day and met with Ed for a test drive in a 2023 4Runner Limited and that sealed the deal.
