“These folks are straightforward, transparent and free of pressure sales. I only went in for tire mounting and balance. I feel like I got a lot more.I ordered the tires online from Tirerack and had them sent directly to Burlington Automotive. Two days later they were installed. Staff advised me of a couple of issues but again no pressure to have them worked on soon, or by them. The cost was under the initial estimate. This is not their bread and butter work (as someone said), but everyone was thorough, professional, and timely. I was very happy. I’ll definitely be back for a quote on future work.”

I live in Bellingham and our Toyota dealer parts department is not part of the online Toyota parts website, in fact they charge over MSRP for parts. I do wonder if Toyota is aware of that and OK with it. Foothills does, when you order online you get a whopping discount off MSRP, and at times an extra 5%. Also, Toyota throws out one time discounts from time to time. I recently used that and received over $300 off an order of over $800. The staff is always very helpful finding the right part and making sure you order correctly for your vehicle. I cannot recommend Foothills Toyota parts and service center for all of your Toyota and at times Lexus needs.”
“Had Ernesto repair my car. To look at it you would never know anything happened to it. Red is notorious for fading over the years. So he used a color scanner to get the right color as it is right now. Perfect color match! 100% impressed with the quality of work. Would definitely recommend him.”

“We are on our 4th Mazda from Burlington, Dwayne Lane’s Skagit Mazda. We love Luke, he is awesome and has been involved with selling us each car. In fact I had my Mazda CX-7 for 14 years and called my car Luke! Skagit Mazda emailed us a video inspection of our car when we had it in this week and that was very interesting and informative. I hope they continue to do this. We always have our oil changed at the dealership, and no matter what is being done they wash and vacuum the car at each visit. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this dealership.”

I was genuinely surprised how easy and quick it was to pick up a vehicle. Normally, it’s a half day ordeal because of the dealership games many others play.. Not here, I worked with Calen Woods Who was extremely patient and thorough in purchasing my new vehicle. He was very communicative on text and we were able to take care of all of the stuff beforehand so when arriving, we just test out the vehicle sign paperwork and left.
Likewise, Sarah in financing was quick, clean and direct and no finance games and trying to get you into warranties or additional services that weren’t agreed-upon. She was very direct matter fact and listen to the questions that you had before moving on.
The service was so good that I’m looking at purchasing another vehicle for my wife now. And that is a lot. I will 100% go two hours out of my way to work with them again. Yes they are far. Yes it is inconvenience. Yes, it is 100% worth the drive to get up there. The service and the tax savings is worth it!”

They were booked weeks out but took the time to listen to my problem and gave me a workaround using my jumper cable to pull in my slide and bring in levelers.Once I could move to a plugin he continued returning texts and I was able to get repaired within the week.”

“The Les Schwab staff, particularly Ryan, are wonderfully kind and helpful.
We stopped in for assistance with a non- standard Les Schwab problem: my sister's wheelchair van needed a ramp motor reset after the battery was replaced.
My sister is coming home after 6 weeks in hospitals, and needed the van for her transport.
Ryan came out, looked at the operator's manual for the ramp, and in very short order found the controller with everything that was needed (override, reset, etc).
The relief for having it functional again was tremendous and I swear, Ryan had it figured out in 15-20 minutes ( maybe less!)
I cannot overstate how much this meant to us and how very grateful I am that Ryan was willing to try and help!”
