We recently bought a new CR-V from Honda of Burlington. It was a very pleasant experience. Dax Moon was our salesperson, made it easy every step of the way. Got us good value for our trade-in.The service department is one of the best I have come across in (40) years of owning Hondas.Highly recommend Honda of Burlington.

Raul from Finance is something else! When I purchased my car, he made it quick and painless. Due to unfortunate events my car got totaled and I called to get my documents email and again, Raul from Finance emailed me all the documents I needed. Thank you!

Our experience with Honda Burlington was amazing. Jorge was extremely helpful. He was very patient with us— listened to all of our requests and made sure we got what we wanted. I currently live in Dallas, TX now and had to bring my Pilot in for servicing as my battery was acting up as well as my standard servicing.I was asked at the new Honda dealership if I service my Pilot at Honda dealers and I said yes. They were able to look through the history and see that the major servicing I had completed back in Nov of 2022 did not happen.My battery was not replaced or the terminals cleaned, though the work order and charges says that it was complete. When I requested for service, I explained to Honda of Burlington that I would be driving half way across the country as I was moving for the Military and that I wanted to ensure that my Pilot would safely get my family and I would arrive safely.I wonder how much of other services that I paid a lot of money for was not completed and said that it was.I will never go back to Honda of Burlington and will be filing a formal complaint.

Jorge is a beast. Willing to drive 4 hours so I could pick up my car without waiting for someone else to give me a ride. The rest of the staff was very friendly. Overall an amazing car buying experience.

My fav dealership ever!! After another service dept farther north dropped the entire ball, I went here and everything suddenly got better!!! And stayed better! Everyone is all so professional and dedicated! And you can trust that your work will get done fast and well. Also the nicest loaner I've ever gotten. I am thoroughly impressed and grateful that there is a nearby dealership that GETS IT RIGHT!!! Thank you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have given this place a very good review but not this time. Took my 19 Fit to make an appointment yesterday for the 60,000 service around 0930, Miguel said they weren't busy and they could get it done in 2-3 hours so he give me a loaner. After a few hours at home I go back down there around 1230 and the car is still in the same place, where I parked it. So I go get something to eat I get back there around 130, I speak to Miguel and the other service advisor they said there was a misunderstanding with the mechanic about his previous job taking longer than usual. No one bothered to let me know, so I proceeded to waste half of my day in there waiting room. I finally left there about 4 pm. It would have been longer if I have had them flush my coolant like I wanted to. just couldn't see giving them more of my money, from a guy who has purchased two vehicles from them.

I took my Honda Element in for a 30,000 mile service. I specifically requested that the engine oil and filter not be done at this time because it was just done. They changed the oil and filter anyway and charged me for a service I declined. They installed 5/20 bulk oil when I had 5/20 full synthetic oil installed. Now the oil filter that they installed is leaking. There is also transmission fluid on the frame that is new. I don't know if this is a new leak or just sloppy work. I have called twice and asked to speak to the service manager. So far the service manager has not called me back. I have had good service from this shop in the past. Not responding to me to get the leak they created is not acceptable.EditThe service manager corrected the situation by having his employees install the correct oil, oil filter, and clean the residual fluid mess that was left from the 30,000 mile service. They also credited me back the cost of the oil change.

If you go to Honda of Burlington, you HAVE to ask for Debbie Drake. Not only does she know exactly what she’s talking about when it comes to the ins and outs of the cars, she made the entire experience a breeze by working with my budget and being extremely personable. Kind, funny and smart, Debbie Drake will truly make your experience at Honda a good one. My next car purchase will be at Honda Burlington, as long as Debbie still works there.

Debbie and Jorge were great to work with and made the whole experience easier. I went to a few dealerships in town and this was the only sales team that didn’t try any obnoxious tactics to get my business. Polite, helpful and professional.

I contacted Honda of Burlington about purchasing a new vehicle and Jorge answered my call. He was great from beginning to end - he was able to locate the one I wanted and worked with me to complete the order. Jorge was great at keeping me in the loop during the waiting process. Once it arrived, he made picking up my new vehicle a breeze.I loved working with Jorge, and overall, the staff at the dealership seemed professional and friendly. Good buying experience and I would recommend!
