The staffs in the store are very attentive. They always ask if there is anything they can help with while in the store. Natalie is exceptionally helpful for our package return with her professional and friendly enthusiasm. The other guy we didn’t have a chance to get his name is also very helpful. Thank you!

The staff is helpful and efficient. Love the drop off feature where you can skip the line. I just feel bad for the staff who have to tell folks how much it costs to ship something these days!
