Having immediately called Member Services to cancel my compromised debit card, I was issued another overdraft fee in the meantime while the branches were closed.I walked into the credit union with a sense of loss and shame for something that I understood wasn't my fault, in spite of how it could appear objectively. I was able to walk out with true peace of mind- while even having recovered some of those lost finances! I was educated on how my position plays out in this matter and how I was protected by the institution.I would like to recognize Annie at this branch for her outstanding customer service and quality assurance.
