“I had the unfortunate coincidence of an online hacking and theft- on Labor Day! While I was at work!!! Having immediately called Member Services to cancel my compromised debit card, I was issued another overdraft fee in the meantime while the branches were closed.I walked into the credit union with a sense of loss and shame for something that I understood wasn't my fault, in spite of how it could appear objectively. I was able to walk out with true peace of mind- while even having recovered some of those lost finances! I was educated on how my position plays out in this matter and how I was protected by the institution.I would like to recognize Annie at this branch for her outstanding customer service and quality assurance. I make it a point to visit this branch when I have needs that can't be solved online or over the phone, always pleased by their efficiency and professionalism.”

“Have been a long-time member and don’t bank anywhere else. Rare to find an account that only requires a $5 deposit to open. Love the no fee checking account. Have loved promotional products such as their EZ Cash loan they put on every year. Have opened two Lenny Accounts for my kids and especially enjoy the perk events such as the Santa party. Surely beats the mall Santa experience! Also check out their Certificate rates. I’ve been able to catch some great promotions as well for my kiddos savings accounts. “The Fred Meyer's location is small, but they make it work. I started at the Mall 205 location, which is huge, as well as the Civic drive and downtown locations.
So far OnPoint has been able to help me with everything I've needed, and hasn't burnt me with any kind of fee or shady outcome from any issue I've had during the entire 3 years I've been with them.
My PayPal and other online accounts have merged without issue to my OnPoint account. And every teller has been pleasant with me, as I am probably annoying with my multiple requests for hunting silver and other coins of value.”
